New Updates for Chapter 1080
After a series break, next week will see the publication of One Piece chapter 1080, and in anticipation, fans have been debating the significance of previous events. The events of chapter 1079, which was published on March 26, 2023, naturally dominate the conversation. Many things happened in this issue that will be major plot points in One Piece chapter 1080 and beyond, notably the impending arrival of the Blackbeard Pirates in Egghead. Fans, however, are still buzzing over the shockingly predictable resolution to the battle between Shanks and Eustass Child on Elbaf. Fans are convinced that Shanks is the most powerful character in the series after he one-shot Kid in their fight. This assertion may be challenged, however, by a mainly unseen factor.
Fans who are fixated on Shanks will have to look back to the past as the Egghead Island narrative progresses in One Piece Chapter 1080.
With the information available as of One Piece Chapter 1080, it’s hard (if not impossible) to argue against Shanks’ claim to be the strongest character in the series. His background and upbringing in a pirate milieu, in addition to his well-documented achievements and skills, make him impossible to overlook. Gol D. Roger, the former King of Pirates, trained Shanks, who is now a Yonko in the series. An Admiral was scared off of Wano by a ranged application of His Conqueror’s Haki, so powerful is it. Moreover, canonical series materials state that he is a negator of Observation Haki and has some of the strongest Observation Haki.
When you consider all of this alongside his latest one-shot of Eustass Child of the Worst Generation, it’s obvious that Shanks possesses tremendous power. Based on what readers know as of One Piece Chapter 1080, he’s possibly the strongest character in the series, if not the strongest. Many viewers, however, suspect that there is another character in the show that can hold their own against Shanks. The mysterious Im-sama, about whom followers know precious little. Due to Gorosei’s submission to Im-sama during the Reverie arc, he is now widely regarded as the de facto head of the World Government.
Nevertheless, as of Chapter 1080 of One Piece, viewers have only witnessed a single form of aggressive usage of Im-abilities. sama’s It’s also unclear if this is the result of their abilities, those of the Devil Fruit, or the employment of an external weapon. Nonetheless, readers of Chapter 1060 know that Im-sama can wipe out whole islands. Fans generally agree that Im-sama was employing the sky-battleship Pluton in this instance, but as of the publication of this article, there is no way to verify this. Nevertheless, unless Im-sama was extraordinarily strong, weapons or not, it is exceedingly doubtful that he could hold control over the World Government, superseding even the Gorosei in authority.
Hence, as of One Piece Chapter 1080, it’s still possible that Im-sama may utilise the strike that destroyed the Lulucia Kingdom without resorting to any additional weapons. If this turns out to be true, it would cast serious doubt on Shanks’ position as the series’ most formidable protagonist. Similarly, it’s possible that fans haven’t seen all of the talents and abilities that Shanks has yet. This would call for a more thorough comparison of the two, and may even let Shanks maintain his status as the show’s strongest character after Im-true sama’s strength is revealed. Too little is known about Im-sama as of One Piece Chapter 1080 to make this a valid argument against Shanks winning the tournament. Based on the available evidence, it’s safe to say that Shanks is the show’s most formidable protagonist (for now).
One Piece Chapter 1080 Predictions and Spoilers
Shanks attacked the Kid Pirates and sank Eustass Kid’s ship, killing everyone on board. Is this their final chapter in One Piece, or is there a plot twist that will allow them to return? Since the Child Pirates play such an important part in One Piece, we expect to see them again in the future. With everything they’ve gone through, Shanks’ Kamusari won’t be the last straw. At least, I certainly hope so. On Egghead Island, however, are the Blackbeard Pirates. In this anarchy, what part will they play? Will they run across Luffy and the gang while searching for Dr Vegapunk, or are they just chasing him themselves? But, readers should expect more updates until the debut of One Piece Chapter 1080!
Oh no! Eustass Kid and his crew of Kid Pirates were soundly defeated by Shanks and the Red-Haired Pirates. Have the Child Pirates finally disbanded? The date, time, and potential plot spoilers for One Piece Chapter 1080 are provided here.
Recap of Chapter 1079
The Red-Haired Pirates: An Emperor’s Crew is the name of Chapter 1079 of One Piece, which has a cover request depicting Luffy watering a lion instead of a sunflower. This chapter picks up a few hours prior to when York betrayed Luffy and the others on Egghead Island and the seraphims attacked. York rounded together the seraphs and broke the news to them that the World Government isn’t only looking for Dr Vegapunk’s primary body; they want to kill her, too. Thankfully, York had a contingency plan ready in case the global government turned on her. York’s plan was for the seraphim to wipe off everyone on the island save for herself, Dr Vegapunk, the subterranean hostages, and their guards. She had hoped to eradicate the island’s vermin with the help of the seraphim. York ordered S-Snake to terrorize her in front of everyone, then let her go when no one was looking in order to avoid suspicion. Upon dismissing S-Snake, she warned that she needed to be careful not to wreck the lab.
A Blackbeard ship can be spotted coming into port while the chaos on Egghead Island continues. Elsewhere in Elbaf, Shanks’s dedicated followers—Captain Padded-Toe-Gerotini of the Puddle Pirates, Head of the Social Club Pirates Grave-Tooth-Fugar, and Princess Panicky Pururu of the Bourgeoisie Pirates—work tirelessly to irritate and scare Eustass Kid and his crew into leaving. Killer cautioned Kid not to relax his guard because the pirates were accompanied by some big names, but Kid assured him that he would not let him down. To everyone’s surprise, Shanks ordered the pirate leaders to tell Kid that he wanted all ships to evacuate, and the pirates swore they wouldn’t let Kid touch him in return. Even though Shanks was just passing through, he had lost track of time and needed the other pirates to move their ships out of the way so he could pass.
But then the Kid Pirates turned up, and Shanks had to deal with them. All the other pirates start making fun of the Child Pirates, saying that Shanks has to deal with them because their fleet is so terrible. They assured Shanks that the only person he has to worry about is Grandmother Ori, commonly known as Father Time. Lucky Roux agreed with the pirates, but Shanks warned that the Child Pirates—especially their leader, who now has a $3 billion price tag on his head—were not to be taken lightly. Because Kid did not have enough time to rest and heal on Wano, Shanks is particularly worried about him. Yasopp assured Shanks it was okay to get involved because Child seemed active and eager to fight. When Shanks asked Hongo about Blackbeard, he said that he had last seen the famous pirate departing Pirate Island. Even though Hongo expected to see Blackbeard in Wano, they managed to get some information about Eustass Child.
Shanks looked through Kid’s background and learned that he hails from South Blue and has engaged in a great deal of criminal activity to reach this point. In contrast, Eustass Kid readies his railgun to release Damned Punk on Shanks’ fleet, despite the fact that the latter possesses nine ships and a number of familiar faces from the prize posters.
The kid is positive that he could wipe out Shanks’ fleet in under ten seconds using Damned Fleet. Shanks got worried and gave the order for the ships to manoeuvre out of the way. He also suggested that in their stead Dorry and Broggy step in. The Kid Pirates were caught off guard as Shanks came at them, having anticipated the devastating damage Kid’s strike would cause to his fleet. As Child and Killer tried to intervene, Shanks suddenly used Divine Departure (Kamusari), killing both of them. The rest of the crew begs Shanks not to shoot Kid as he lies comatose on the floor, putting up their own Lode Poneglyphs as collateral. Dorry and Broggy’s combined onslaught, Hakoku Sovereignty, destroys the Victoria Punk, but Shanks, surprisingly, ignores them and leaps away from the ship. The events of that day in Elbaf are recounted in One Piece Chapter 1079, with the assertion that the Child Pirates, commanded by Eustass, a person worth three billion, were completely exterminated.
