In episode 24 of My Hero Academia Season 6, Uraraka defends Deku.
Class A students and a flashback to the kids in the UA High School principal’s office before they went for Deku would likely kick off episode 24 of season 6 of My Hero Academia, titled A Young Women’s Statement. Here, we will examine the efficiency of the UA Barrier and the plans for how different parts of campus might break off and go underground should an attack come. The trailer then shifts to Uraraka, who is expected to receive much of the episode’s focus as she tries to persuade the civilians who still don’t believe in Deku’s strange power, as witnessed in the last episode when they wouldn’t let him inside the campus.
As she addresses the crowd, it appears like everyone, including Deku and the other heroes, is staring at Urahara rather than listening to her message. Urahara, who must carry the weight of Deku’s oddity, will tell the townspeople to give him a break. As shown in the sneak peek for next week’s episode of My Hero Academia, Uraraka had another flashback to her upbringing during her speech to the common folk. The preview also included Aizawa, who is currently recovering from his battle with AFO and can be seen in the hospital. Aizawa may be seen on camera as well, clearly frustrated because he wants to assist his students but is unable to and conversing with someone.
Briefly reviewing episode 23 of My Hero Academia Season 6
In the 23rd episode of My Hero Academia Season 6, Deku’s friends and classmates decide to fight with him. After subduing the bad guy, they go face to face with Deku, who begs them to go, but they ignore him. Whenever Deku starts to feel anxious about AFO, his classmates in Class A are quick to reassure him that they would always have his back. Class A uses their individual peculiarities like Bakugo, Todoroki, and Lida to try to stop Deku, but the OFA is always one step ahead of them. Deku sobs and expresses grief that he must go as he runs with the whip and Fa Jin, but his buddies persist in their efforts, using a variety of eccentricities to propel Todoroki and Bakugo.
As Deku is too worn out to continue, Bakugo steps in to explain his previous actions towards Deku were motivated by his anxieties and insecurities, and he apologises. Deku is brought to a fortified UA High School in the last moments of episode 23. Several civilian evacuees within UA High began opposing Deku’s return to the risky region as they drew near. Urakara eventually prevents Deku from leaving, helps calm him down, and defends him from the demonstrators.
