On April 6, 2023, at 10.30 p.m. JST, Season 3 of Dr Stone: NEW WORLD will premiere on TOKYO MX, KBS Kyoto, Sun TV, BS11, and TV Aichi in Japan. When the third episode of Dr Stone, created by Riichiro Inagaki and Boichi, is released, it will premiere exclusively on Crunchyroll. We have yet to hear the opening and closing themes for the sequel. Huwei Ishizaki, who sang the 38th ending theme song, Pino to Ameri, for Naruto: Shippuden, has been announced as the composer for Dr Stone Season 3: NEW WORLD.
The third season of Dr Stone: NEW WORLD will begin at the end of chapter 90 of the original manga by Riichiro Inagaki and Boichi.
On July 10, 2022, an hour-long episode titled Dr Stone: Ryuusui was added to the anime’s canon. Inasmuch as the special is considered canon to the original manga series, the third volume will pick up just where the second left off. Dr Stone’s closing moments show Ryuusui, Senku, Chrome, and their new invention, a hot air balloon, safely landing in the Ishigami hamlet.
The terrifying cumulonimbus clouds couldn’t stop the three from working together exceptionally well to set a new standard. New to the community, the inhabitants of that time will be awestruck by Ryuusui’s tales of wealth and sailing prowess. Season 3 of Dr Stone will be titled NEW WORLD, and it will adapt the remaining 10 chapters of the Age of Exploration Arc, bringing the total number of adapted chapters to twenty. In subsequent episodes, the series will enter the Treasure Island Arc, which will last for 38 episodes. The next arc will see Senku and his colleagues find new people.

François, Ryusui’s dedicated butler and chef, is a new addition to the series and is characterised as very competent in all elements of hospitality. They have earned Ryusui’s unwavering confidence to the point where he wishes only the best for them. No one knows Francois’s true name, gender, or age.
Cast as Francois in Dr Stone Season 3: NEW WORLD is Maaya Sakamoto, known for her roles as Ciel Phatomhive in Black Butler, Makoto Kusanagi in Ghost in the Shell, and Shinra Kusakabe in Fire Force.
