Constant viewpoint changes have been a hallmark of Eiichiro Oda and Yukito Kishiro’s work on the Egghead Island arc so far, and it seems that trend will continue here. Because of this, readers may anticipate a return to Egghead Isle in the next edition. This is supported by chapter 1076, which focuses on the fact that more than a hundred Marine ships are going to Egghead Island to confront the Straw Hats. If the issue continues in this vein, readers might expect to learn more about Bartholomew Kuma’s past. Similarly, Vegapunk Lilith, Vegapunk Pythagoras, Vegapunk York, Franky, and Usopp might be the main characters in One Piece chapter 1077.
Given that S-Snake attacks them in chapter 1076 and has the capacity to turn York to stone with the Devil Fruit, this group is arguably in just as much danger as Nami’s party. This might be a setup for the disclosure that Pythagoras or Lilith is the traitor, who are the two characters most widely suspected by fans. Even if he is entrusted with killing all of Dr Vegapunk’s satellites, Lucci agrees that he will murder Luffy first. It was up to Luffy, Zoro, Kaku, and Lucci to work together and defeat the seraphims in the next battle. Meanwhile, Dr Vegapunk and the other Cipher Pol operatives who had been cooped up in the lab emerged from hiding. No one on Egghead Island has eaten in two months, and the agents are demanding an explanation from Dr Vegapunk, who has no idea they exist. Because of this, Dr Vegapunk fears that the global government will crack down on their poneglyph studies on the island. Supposedly, at that time, there were over a hundred ships in the marine fleet making their way from branch G-9 towards Egghead Island.
Meanwhile, at a nearby port, Dorry and Brogy of the Giant Warrior Pirates are having a drink with Shanks and the Red-Hair Pirates. Having been ambushed by the Kid Pirates, one of Shanks’ men has arrived to report the situation to their leader. The Red Hair and the Child Pirates have both been spotted in Elbaf. In order to avoid a battle with Eustass Kid, Shanks told Rockstar to tell him that they must hand up the Road Poneglyph. The chapter finishes with Killer making a joke about Kid’s amputated limb, much to Kid’s displeasure. He also warns that if they encounter the Red Hair pirates again, Kid might not make it. Nevertheless, Kid reassured Killer that he should not worry, saying that he is confident in his ability to defeat Shanks.
One Piece Chapter 1077 will feature more of Shanks, and readers can’t wait. Yet it’s hardly probable that the chapter will begin with Shanks leading his own army, which includes giants, at the Kid pirates. It’s clear that Shanks doesn’t need the giants’ aid to defeat Kid; instead, he’s using them to coerce Kid into giving up his poneglyph and fleeing. Yet, he probably wasn’t terrified and backed off after seeing Kid’s reaction in the previous chapter. Whether or not this combat ends in Kid’s favour is anyone’s guess, but it will be interesting to see what strategies Oda employs when pitting the worst member of his age against an emperor for a 3 billion reward.
Fans, though, shouldn’t count on Oda to narrate this battle or to stage it on-screen. Law and Blackbeard are other examples of the worst generation battling against an emperor, and their conflict has yet to be concluded. For this reason, fans shouldn’t hold their breath for a showdown between Kid and Shanks any time soon, but we can always hope that Oda changes his mind. They should have no issue combating the seraphim now that Luffy and Zoro have joined forces with Lucci and Kaku. The events of Chapter 1077 of One Piece might involve a mad dash around the lab in an effort to halt the remaining two seraphim while also trying to recall how the first two were defeated. We still don’t know who the Vegapunk traitor is, but perhaps we’ll get some clues in One Piece Chapter 1077.

In Chapter 1076, “Old Buddies,” we learned that Zoro had doubts that Lucci and Kaku would not allow them to cuff them again if they were released. Kaku persuaded Luffy that they would let them handcuff them. Zoro recognised Supa Supa no Mi as S-first Hawk’s strike, a soaring slash. Lucci answered that they were on a mission to destroy Vegapunk and his satellites, prompting Shaka to enquire further about their objective. Kaku was annoyed at Lucci for casually disclosing the mission. After hearing Nami cry, Zoro suspected there were more Seraphims nearby. By the end of it all, Luffy had begged Shaka for the keys to their handcuffs, and Shaka had agreed to give them to him on the condition that Luffy release Lucci and Kaku, so long as he guaranteed Stella’s safety. When Luffy questioned if Lucci intended to kill his buddies too, Lucci said he had Luffy in his sights first. Kaku and Zoro took a stand against S-Hawk as Luffy and Lucci took on S-Bear. However, it turned out that many CPO agents had been up for years.
The agents were assaulted by the Sea Beast Weapons as they tried to flee the island. Everyone else who had followed them as an agent was likewise caught. Inmates also mistook Vegapunk for the person who locked them in. Vegapunk seemed bewildered, and he may have been wondering how the World Government had gotten wind of his Poneglyphs study. Suddenly, we cut to Shanks and the Red Hair Pirates having a few beers. A youngster approached him and offered to go along on their adventure, but Shanks politely declined. One of Shanks’s guys alerted him that suddenly the Kid Pirates had arrived. When Shanks enlisted the aid of Brogy and Dorry in his struggle against the bad guys, they gladly accepted his offer. Meanwhile, he had Rockstar approach Kid with the idea of giving up the Road Poneglyph. Killer forewarned Kid about Shanks and reminded him of their previous battle, in which Kid never even saw Shanks’ face. The kid, though, was determined to battle Shanks.
