Where does Haikyuu!! come from?
The plot centres on Hinata Shoyo and Kageyama Tobio of Karasuno High School and their quest to win the Japanese national volleyball championship. Both hope to make it at the professional level after high school, but Hinata’s height is a disadvantage for a spiker. ageyama, on the other hand, is a phenomenal “King of the Court,” but he has problems playing with his colleagues. Their rivalry dates back to middle school when Kageyama and his teammates soundly defeated Hinata and his teammates. Unfortunately for Hinata, he attends the same high school as Kageyama and, so, is a member of the same volleyball team.
Together, they are able to hone their abilities, overcome obstacles, and reach new heights. Karasuno defeated Inarizaki High School in the season four finale, setting up the Battle at the Trash Dump between Karasuno and Nekoma. All four seasons of Haikyuu!! are available on Crunchyroll, Netflix, and Hulu.
