In the opening moments of Chapter 380 of My Hero Academia, La Brava resets the U.A. security system right before Gentle Criminal’s Quirk expires. But before she finished the assignment, she made sure that the films students were capturing of Gentle for a business course were being broadcast live across the world. As the students insisted they document the fight so that Heroes could improve their public profile, La Brava countered that the world needed to witness firsthand just how awesome Gentle was. Thereafter, the Twice clones pushed Aizawa out of the U.A. flying coffin, concluding the chapter. Mic in the Present gave chase, but they both went into a dimensional rift as Kurogiri continued to glitch. In other words, the Heroes were unable to recover Erasure.
All For One revealed (at Gunga Mountain) that he can still take over Shigaraki’s body as the students in the support course filmed the struggle between Deku and Shigaraki. Hawks, who had pledged to halt All For One and whose body was presumably destroyed by the villain, prevented him from flying to Shigaraki’s body, where he might have accomplished his goal.
