Foreshadowing for Boruto Chapter 78: Momoshiki tsutsuki’s terrible warning, Sasuke’s peril, and more
There have been spoilers for Chapter 78 posted on Twitter, and readers of the series are being inundated with information about the exciting new developments that will occur in the forthcoming chapter. Spoilers show Kawaki assaulting Sarada, but Boruto is there to save her. As a result, Boruto’s right eye was slashed, and the resulting scar looked identical to the one we first saw at the start of the series.
All the parts are beginning to fit, and this points to the time jump occurring soon. Spoilers for chapters 78 and 79 indicated that Kawaki used a Kama Rift to imprison Hinata and Naruto in the Daikokuten dimension and that Boruto finally got the scar on his right eye he’d been waiting for. Also revealed in the spoiler was Sasuke’s arrival, where he defended Sarada from Kawaki.
Yet, the fact that Sasuke is already on the battlefield and has actually tackled Kawaki can only spell disaster for the latter. Now that Naruto has been locked away, Sasuke may be in jeopardy. This may portend a tragic end for Sasuke in the next several chapters or at least a serious injury. Momoshiki tsutsuki, a prominent character in the story, was revealed as the spoiler at the conclusion of chapter 78. Momoshiki left a cryptic clue concerning the time jump and a threatening warning about the future.
Above, Momoshiki is seen conversing with Boruto, reminding him that now that he has lost his Jougan, he would lose anything and everyone he cares about in an instant. He also warns the young protagonist that the end has begun and that nothing can stop the passage of time. As another big change, spoilers have shown that young Uzumaki will eventually master his Karma seal and be ready to compete with Kawaki. Fans of the series are going crazy on Twitter, spreading spoilers for the upcoming 78th chapter. The next chapter’s fascinating narrative and the quality of Ikemoto’s painting have been hailed by fans. At this point in the novel, a lot has happened in just one or two chapters. Because of this, viewers won’t have to wait too long for the time jump to occur for the plot to resume where it left off at the start of the series. The chapter 78 spoilers have been released, and it appears that the manga is progressing towards the time jump portion of the plot, as Boruto is revealed to have received the scar that was initially visible on his face in the opening scene. Kawaki’s confirmation of Naruto and Hinata’s whereabouts in this chapter confirmed several fan hypotheses. Kawaki took a bold move in the previous chapter when he went to the Uzumaki home after abandoning the Eida mission. Despite his gratitude to Naruto, he still wanted to murder Boruto due to his Otsutsuki blood. Thus, he used his karma to transport Naruto and Hinata somewhere else so that they couldn’t get in the way.
The following contains major spoilers for Chapter 78 of Boruto. Kawaki shows Boruto his new scar after the time jump Spoilers for Boruto 78 reveal that Himawari goes back to her house after learning that her parents are gone. After Naruto and Hinata’s chakra vanished, the surrounding population began to worry. Shikamaru asked Eida, thus Eida verified that Kawaki was responsible for the incident. As the struggle between the brothers began, Kawaki attacked Boruto in an attempt to murder him. There was more fighting until Sarada finally arrived. She attempted to intervene in Kawaki’s actions. In any case, he wasn’t ready to converse as he warned Sarada that he may wind up killing her in his attempt to assassinate Boruto. Boruto, concerned for Sarada’s safety, requested her to go, but she refused since she would not risk Boruto’s death. Kawaki readied his next assault to be the fatal blow on Sarada. But Boruto saved the day and rescued the girl. Nonetheless, the time jump allowed the manga to explain how Boruto got the scar he had at the start of the series.
As a result of the injury to his right eye caused by Kawaki’s cut, Boruto was keeping his eyes closed. As Sasuke, Shikamaru, Konohamaru, and Mitsuki arrived, spoilers for Chapter 78 of Boruto revealed Shikamaru quickly using shadow paralysis on Kawaki while Mitsuki wrapped his hands over him.
