Isagi uses Barou as a pawn to achieve his end purpose. Yet, in the prior episode, Barou acknowledged that Isagi was the game’s protagonist. Like most people, Barou needs time to process his emotions. In Episode 19 of Blue Lock, we’ll see how many potential choices there still are, but how little certainty there is about who will be chosen. Team winners must now make the difficult decision of picking one of Reo, Chigiri, or Kunigami. This disagreement will be settled in the next episode. Anyway, here’s all you need to know about the next episode. After assuming the leading position from Barou, Isagi finally finds success.
When Barou’s mentality wouldn’t let him pass the ball to Isagi or Nagi, he ends up taking the spotlight himself. It appears like there are significant shifts occurring on the crew as the anime continues. The instances are becoming more dramatic as tensions increase within the squad. The game-winning goal is scored by Barou, who also helps lead his side to victory. But, the game will become increasingly challenging in the next levels.
Recap
Concluding Remarks: Blue Lock’s “The Stage for the Lead” was Episode 18’s title. Barou takes a shot on goal just after the opening kickoff. However, he can’t get the shot off in time. As soon as the ball is loose, Kunigami picks it up and quickly transfers it to Reo. Eventually, Barou recovers the ball and sets up Isagi for the tying goal. After some time, Isagi and Nagi devise a scheme without informing Barou. Reo then takes possession of the ball and the game resumes. But Nagi steals the ball from Reo and Barou recovers it.
Barou uses a sly chop to fool Kunigami and Reo, resulting in a game-winning goal for his team. Later, he tells Isagi and Niragi that he was accustomed to playing the lead role on the pitch and that they were the first players to overshadow him. At the end of the episode, Isagi is still debating who to pick for his squad.
What Happens Next in Blue Lock Episode 19?
In the next episode, we’ll meet the rival team member Isagi, Nagi, and Barou chooses to join their ranks. As Isagi was the game’s MVP, his teammates will likely let him make the final decision on who joins the squad. Isagi has previously mentioned wanting Chigiri to join the group. That being said, Chigiri is likely to be the next player to join the squad and suit up for the team with Isagi, Nagi, and Barou.
The group will shortly advance to the competition’s fourth round. Isagi is going to issue a challenge to Rin Itoshi. Apparently, he wants Bachira back on his side. The stakes are rising as the side advances to the second round of the contest. It will take time for the squad to adjust to Barou no longer being the dominant leader on the pitch.
