Complete Spoilers and Raw Scans of One Piece Chapter 1075
The cover of One Piece Chapter 1075, “Labophase Death Game,” features a Young Vegapunk against the silhouette of the five elders. The events on Egghead Island continue, and we learn that Vegapunk Shakka is concerned about Vegapunk Pythagoras, who was nearby when the bomb went off. When Pythagoras doesn’t seem to be responding to Shakka’s questions, Shakka resorts to the Den Den Mushi in close proximity to the philosopher. A mysterious stranger then arrives and turns off the Den Den Mushi, cutting off Shakka’s live transmission.
Then all of a sudden, Luffy stands up, wondering aloud if his helmet is shattered because he is no longer able to hear the others’ words.
Nevertheless, on Floor 3 of Tower A, Edison, Nami, and Brook are keeping an eye out for the Vegapunk. Nami watches out for the jewels and riches as Edison and Brook search for the old man Vegapunk; when she finds one, she begs if she may take it away and even forces Edison to carry it for her. Atlas, Chopper, and Robin are keeping watch on the Vegapunk on Level 2 of Tower A. As Chopper is amazed that Atlas can wear a different mask at any moment, Robin is on the lookout for the Vegapunk and believes she may have located him, but it turns out to be an android. It turns out Vegapunk is capable of producing working human organs.
To Where Are the Other Straw Hats and Vegapunk Adrift?
Back where Shakka is controlling everything, Luffy approaches him, questioning what’s going on and why the helmet stopped working even though he didn’t break it, and Shakka is still concerned about Pythagoras and waiting for an answer. One by one, the cameras are going dark, and this is causing Shakka to double-check that there is indeed another person in the library with them. In contrast, on the second floor of Tower B, we find Sanji and Stussy, who are joined by Jinbei, talking about how happy they are to have Stussy as a passenger and how much Sanji would love to be the pet she so desperately wants. Jinbei is taken aback by the laboratory surroundings, but Stussy explains that they are in the weapons manufacturing room and they must ensure that nothing is damaged.
Ussop and Franky, both wearing straw hats, and the Vegpunks Lilith and York are the final members of the group on the hunt for the Old Man Vegapunk. When Lilith amazes Ussop with the advanced technology in her arsenal, Franky is shouting for Vegapunk and York would rather sleep. The gang hears an explosion and then finds a body on the ground. The group rushes over and discovers that it is, in fact, Pythagoras, but with his head missing. If you’ve been under the impression that Pythagoras is no longer with us, just wait till his severed head shows up. Considering the circumstances, they inquire as to what transpired and speculate on the possibility of an adversary.
There is no adversary, or at least there shouldn’t be, according to Pythagoras; yet, they may just be mistaken. A Seraphim Sanke, Boa Hancock’s seraphim, is seen with York before he can explain the issue to the others. York adores the serpahim and begs her to wait.
Nevertheless, not long after, S-Snake uses her abilities to convert York into a stone. As her attempts to command the S-snake fail, Lilith resorts to attacking it with projectile beams. Pythagoras claims she will not follow instructions. Concerned that the situation is dire and that they can do nothing agaisnt her Seraphims, Lilith tries to contact Shakk but receives no answer.
The destruction caused by the seraphim forces Luffy and Zoro to join forces with Lucci and Kaku.
This time, again at the Tower As one of them was out, we heard Zoro yelling for Luffy in the command room. Luffy and Shakka enter the chamber quickly, and they discover the Seraphims are already inside. Exact terminology: Kuma-inspired S-Bear seraphim and Mihawk-inspired S-Hawk seraphim. Shakka orders them to halt and inquires as to whose direction they are heading. Zoro claims that they attacked Lucci and Kaku, both members of CP0 and that he defended them because he couldn’t stand the thought of seeing them slain while they were restrained. One Piece, Chapter 1075, concluding double-page spread shows that the Seraphims choose to ignore Shakka’s orders and go on the offensive nonetheless. When S-Hawk wants to throw anything, he uses his sword, but when S-Bear wants to throw something, he utilises a beam explosion from his mouth. To escape the onslaught, Luffy takes Lucci, who is unconscious, while Zoro carries Kaku.
Shakka speculates that, given his superiority, the old man Vegapunk would be the one issuing instructions if the Seraphims were not obeying him. But, if the odds are wrong about anything, someone must be planning to kill it. After learning that the Seraphims intend to wipe off everyone right now and that their recent attacks are indicative of this, Lucci and Kaku approached the straw hats and asked them to join their cause. Kaku advises that they put their differences from the past aside for the time being, but Lucci argues that they may be of value if they worked together and took off the handcuffs. In the very final panel, both Zoro and Luffy have repulsed expressions on their faces.
Who Betrayed Whom?
When these factors are taken into account, it’s hardly likely that old guy Vegapunk is the traitor here. The usage of Seraphim in this context, however, may indicate either elderly man Saturn and Kizaru have already arrived on the island, and Saturn has ordered the Seraphims to eliminate Vegapunk and the other five elders. Yet that still doesn’t explain what went on before, like why the frontier dome was shut down and why the lab was a disaster. The juvenile Vegapunk is shown on the cover of Chapter 1075 of One Piece, and is encircled by the five elders. It’s tragic to think of old guy Vegapunk as a villain and a traitor now.
