Saint’s Penance was the title of Black Clover Chapter 350. Asta manages to shake Sister Lily out of her Paladiness. She expresses regret for her behaviour and words, but Asta assures her that he doesn’t hold it against her. In an effort to promote gender parity in the kingdom, Sister Lily joined the church. But she quickly saw that the religion was precisely like the oppressive social stratification she had always opposed. As a result, she ran away and sought refuge in a children’s home.
Then, Ryu shows in and tells her that Asta has improved to the point where she can save herself. To gain control of all the magic in the world, including the Land of the Sun, Lucius Zogratis has devised a scheme, which Sister Lily outlines. The climactic fight for the Clover Kingdom is coming up, and he has some preparations for it. She says that the Zogratis sisters’ Bone Magic and Lucius’s Soul Magic have been fused to create an unstoppable force. Sister Lily praises Asta for being there for her before passing out. And Asta reassures her, telling her that it’s nothing she did wrong. By the end of the chapter, Asta is prepared to do battle with Lucius and the Five-Headed Dragon.
