Read Boruto Episode 288 Spoilers, Summaries, Storyline, Plot & Everything you need to know

The popularity of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, an ongoing Japanese anime series, continues to rise. The subsequent episode, number 288, will premiere on February 19, 2023. The Code storyline has begun, and a glimpse at Eida’s arrival in the forthcoming Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 288 trailer hints at this. This week’s episode is titled “Captive Slaves.” A new character Eida will be introduced in this episode, which is part of the Code storyline. She’s a female cyborg who’ll be pivotal to Code’s transformation into an Otsutsuki. According to the manga chapter 57, “Eida,” Amado designed Eida with abilities that exceed Jigen’s and are sufficient to counteract Code. Episode 288 of Boruto will focus more on Eida as a result.

It is seen in the preview for Boruto Episode 288 that Code is upset with himself for failing to kill Eida, and then Bug’s voice is heard telling the viewer not to underestimate her might. In light of this, Bug suggests that Code listens to what he has to say. He should have been fully apprised of her abilities before waking her. An altercation between Boruto, Sarada, and Kawaki can be seen in the preview for Episode 288 of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. They appear to be debating what to do about Code.

While Boruto’s karma has been mostly eradicated from his body, Kawaki is still worried that more time would be wasted if something goes wrong. Kawaki worries that Boruto may become an Otsuki’s vessel and end up threatening the village, but Boruto seems unconcerned by this possibility. Also in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 288, tensions will rise between these two. For some time now, speculation has mounted that the two will clash. Despite not having the same chemistry as Naruto and Sasuke, they play the role of the series’ antagonistic males. We’ll also find out if the series’ rumoured time hop actually takes place and how it affects the character.

Sunday, January 19, 2023, will mark the world debut of Episode 288 of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. An English dub will accompany the Japanese broadcast of the episode. The translated chapter of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 288 will most likely be released the same day as the issue, maybe within a few hours. The release dates will vary by region so that viewers may watch it when it’s most convenient for them.
