[Latest] One Piece Chapter 1074 Storyline, New Plot, Summaries, Raw Scans & Much More

latest Updates for Chapter 1074

On Thursday, February 9, 2023, the scanlations for One Piece chapter 1074 were posted online, marking the continuation of the thrilling Egghead Island arc. The issue brought up a number of narrative hooks for readers, including a possible Kuma origin story and the identification of a betrayer among the Vegapunks. In addition, if Rob Lucci and Kaku manage to break out of their bonds in chapter 1074 of One Piece, Luffy and Zoro will have an opportunity to engage in a tag-team battle with them. For the most part, this issue is a continuation of the Egghead Island arc, which has been one of the most thrilling and engrossing in the series in recent memory.

Chapter 1074 of One Piece is all about Sentomaru’s loyalty
The first page in the scanned version of One Piece chapter 1074 is the issue’s cover, which reveals the title to be Mark III and shows a picture of Queen, Caesar Clown, and Vinsmoke Judge. Dr Vegapunk is missing from the cover, but the other three characters all look to still be MADS members and to be in the midst of a disagreement. The plot in this issue then moves to the Fabrio-Stratum on Egghead Island and begins. The Pacifista are meant to be with the Marines, and a regular CP0 agent is heard ranting about this, demanding to know why a weapon of the World Government is in the way. The agent threatens that the Pacifista would be punished for harming his troops, causing the Pacifista to deploy a goo-like shield weapon. The ability named a Bubble Shield and described as the “ultimate protection devised by [Dr.] Vegapunk,” causes consternation among the agents in One Piece chapter 1074.

According to another CP0 agent, this is a Mark III Pacifista, which is far more sophisticated than the prototypes employed in the Marineford War. Agents are being ordered to surrender to the Mark III Pacifista and bring it to Factory B. The agents insist that, in order to avoid death, they must comply with its directives before they can even begin to wonder who is operating it; they also note that the Pacifista do not behave in this way on their own. The issue moves focus to a plant on Egghead Island as the Mark III Pacifista announces that it is beginning the capture process. Sentomaru is warned in Chapter 1074 of One Piece not to move because doing so will only make his wounds worse. Sentomaru, on the other hand, is more concerned with whether or not the Pacifista is carrying out their missions, noting that something is obviously amiss given that the Frontier Dome is shut and he has been unable to contact Dr Vegapunk. Sentomaru, apparently still anxious despite Luffy’s reassurances, recalls the promise he made to him.

The sound of a Den Den Mushi ringing follows, and Sentomaru remarks on how unnerving it is that the Marines are trying to contact him even though they have no idea that he is a rebel. In light of his newly acquired freedom, he orders the deployment of 50 Mark III Pacifista and makes a remark about how he can do whatever he wants. In chapter 1074 of One Piece, he gives the Pacifista a rundown on Straw Hat and Vegapunk’s escape plot and instructs them to make sure they leave port without incident. Sentomaru chimes in to say that the Marines’ orders to maintain a vigil along the shore are intriguing since the organisation could have something up its sleeve. Pacifista has already been deployed, and some CP0 operatives are seen stuck within the location, pleading with the military to let them out. Sentomaru predicts that soon something major will occur on Egghead, and he gives the Pacifista strict orders to make sure their creator gets away from the island at all costs.

After learning that Dr Vegapunk isn’t at the lab, Luffy informs Chopper and the rest of the Labo-Stratum crew about this issue. Chopper is sceptical, but Luffy insists he raced everywhere seeking for him. Chopper even chimes in to suggest that Luffy wore out his hover boots in the process. Since he has no means to repay Dr Vegapunk for his services, he advises Chopper not to blow the whistle. He then starts to think about where Jewelry Bonney and Dr Vegapunk could have gone.

One Piece 1074: A Search Party Is Formed And Old Memories Are Recalled
Then, in Chapter 1074 of One Piece, Shaka Vegapunk says that he is aware of Bonney’s whereabouts and that everything in the laboratory is broadcast on the screen in front of him. When he adds that she never left, Luffy becomes even more enraged and says that he should have been notified sooner. Then, Brook, Zoro, and Stussy show up there, and they all have something to say about the island and the present situation. The main Stella corpse has mysteriously disappeared, causing Stussy to speculate that something terrible must have happened. Shaka elaborates on the problems they’ve been having ever since Dr Vegapunk vanished and they lost command of the Frontier Dome. Since leaving the lab would likely result in the laser guns burning them, Shaka says that they are effectively stuck on the Labo-Stratum as of One Piece chapter 1074.

When Usopp and Chopper ask how they can get off the island, Shaka says it isn’t a big deal because their major passenger isn’t there. Shaka insists that locating Dr Vegapunk comes first, promising that the Frontier Dome can be fixed in the interim. Franky wonders how they will locate him if he isn’t picked up by Shaka’s surveillance systems. Shaka informs, however, that some of the Den Den Mushi Monitor Snails have been rendered ineffective or displaced due to the recent rampage of the Seraphim. Shaka then reveals that, as of One Piece chapter 1074, he and the other employees and Satellites have been searching for Dr Vegapunk, and that Pythagoras Vegapunk has since radioed in to clear the area. Next, Nami suggests that all pitch in to find him, as the sooner they do, the sooner they may escape. Sanji asks Stussy to bring Brook along, and he and Brook both volunteer.

Zoro offers to help in the hunt as well, but Sanji humorously points out that someone will have to locate Zoro once he’s finished. A worried helicopter orders Zoro to remain here, and Robin smiles condescendingly as he instructs Zoro to “be a sweetheart and wait” for them to return. Then in chapter 1074 of One Piece, Zoro and Luffy decide to stay in the control room, where Zoro assures Luffy that everything will be alright. He makes a remark about how hard Luffy has been running, to which Luffy replies, “I always go all out for everything.” As an afterthought, Luffy remarks that he can’t believe they ran into Lucci and Kaku again. Zoro agrees, reminiscing about Water 7 and wondering how Iceberg is faring as the problem alters yet again in its perspective.

Fans are escorted to the chamber with the paw-print door, where Bonney and Dr Vegapunk were last seen before Bonney apparently kicked a still-babyfaced Dr Vegapunk out. Because of this, he probably vanished. In Chapter 1074 of One Piece, Bonney appears to be in a memory realm that is a grassy meadow. Because Oda’s depiction of the young Shichibukai in an SBS is so similar to how Bartholomew Kuma appeared in his memories, it’s evident that this is a reality based on those memories. When he is abruptly approached by shadowy figures, Bonney realises that the little girl who is screaming and who appears to have been battered is his daughter.

Kuma’s history and Vivi’s potential are discussed in Chapter 1074 of One Piece. Kuma screams for aid as he is beaten by the group, stating he can’t take it any longer. They threaten to murder the rest of them if he gets away, so they demand he comes back with them. Kuma, in tears, swears he never wants to go “there” again and begs to be killed instead because he knows he would perish there. Bonney, now in tears, runs to her father’s aid, but she arrives too late as Kuma collapses to the floor. As Bonney continues to cry and urge her father’s assailants to stop, the shadows of Mariejois and Celestial Dragons appear and he can be heard pleading for assistance and offering an apology. The events of Chapter 1074 of One Piece show her leaving the Memory World, presumably via severing her connection to Kuma’s paw-print memory in the Memory Door Room.

A sobbing Bonney watches as the real Bartholomew Kuma continues to scale the Red Line despite the Marines’ best efforts to bring him down. Bonney says that her lack of fortitude prevented her from fully taking it all in. On the other hand, she realises that she will never learn to comprehend as long as she continues to remain willfully ignorant. She raises her hands again and turns to her father, asking for confirmation. The perspective then returns to the Labo-Stratum, where Vegapunk Pythagoras is strolling. Pythagoras is shown lamenting how much damage the Seraphim have done to their home despite the fact that they were born there as he hears a commotion from behind him. As he turns to investigate, a huge explosion erupts, and someone (perhaps Pythagoras) seems to cry in anguish. At this point in One Piece chapter 1074, we finally get a bird’s-eye view of the World Economy News Paper airship, which is strongly indicated to be floating somewhere over Egghead Island.

The newspaper’s owner, Big News Morgans, hangs up the phone after revealing a huge exclusive. He says, “it’s like Ohara all over again,” implying that the World Government has plans to have Dr Vegapunk killed. But he adds that the World Government has made a mistake this time since Dr Vegapunk is far too popular for their attempt at assassination to succeed. Morgans says he is well-liked since he creates energy that helps cities all around the world. Morgans continues by adding that Luffy is present and that he will become a headline because of what’s happening.

“Battle at Egghead!!” Luffy, the Strat-Hatted Emperor, Captures Vegapunk! He then tells his staff to collect their “donation” in return for this spin, adding that he is confident the World Government would value it. Princess Vivi Nefertari of Alabasta is then shown to be the voice of dissent, calling Morgans’ actions and headlines obscene. Luffy, she says in Chapter 1074 of One Piece, “would never do something like that,” and she goes on to describe Morgans’ publication as “such a rag.” Wapol is also there, and he advises everyone to remain quiet since the World Government may have a wiretap of Den Den Mushi stashed away someplace. He continues by saying she shouldn’t be so harsh to him because Morgans took them in as well. She talks big for a girl who was crying her eyes out yesterday, Morgans retorts. Further, he warns her not to judge him harshly or provide advice on how he should do his duties. He goes on to explain that his words have the power to change the world and that the news isn’t about facts or fiction, but rather entertainment.

Last words: Chapter 1074 of One Piece
In conclusion, despite some minor flaws, One Piece chapter 1074 is an intriguing issue that sets up a potential reunion between Vivi Nefertari and the Straw Hats. To readers who have been waiting for this reunion, this is the issue’s most important moment. As the issue’s apparent attack on Vegapunk Pythagoras shows, there is also a traitor within the Vegapunks, as confirmed by this issue. The promise of a Bartholomew Kuma origin tale in the next few issues is just as intriguing, if not more so. Egghead Island has been and still is, one of the richest and most intriguing story arcs in recent memory.

Summaries for Chapter 1074

From what we can tell from early images and spoilers, One Piece 1074 will once again bring together Luffy and his trusted sidekick Zoro. The crew’s camaraderie as brothers in arms is the strongest and most natural of any onboard the ship. Only Luffy and Zoro among the Strawhat Pirates have accomplished as much in terms of sheer strength, therefore together they are an unstoppable force. They have a bond that is very similar to that of Gol D. Roger and Silvers Rayleigh. Luffy and Zoro will have their hands full with the arrival of Admiral Kizaru and Saint Jaygarcia Saturn, a member of the Five Elders. Luffy and Zoro have been shown as a team in One Piece for quite some time, even before the most recent chapter.

The original gathering took place at Shells Town
Luffy, looking for a great fighter to start his crew, sought to enlist Zoro despite the fact that he had a reputation as a terrifying bounty hunter. Zoro, however, rejected Luffy’s proposal.
Zoro made a pact with Marine Captain Axe-Hand Morgan to spare the life of a little girl named Rika. When Zoro found out that Morgan wouldn’t have kept his end of the bargain, he accepted Luffy’s offer. The fight between Morgan and Luffy and Zoro, which they handily won, was the first of the Strawhat Pirates’ adventures. Despite his alliance with Luffy, Zoro made it obvious that he would put an end to Luffy’s life if he ever got in the way of his ambitions. Soon, though, he developed true loyalty to him.

Mihawk and Shanks’s link
You can count on Shanks and Mihawk to be there whenever you need them. They’ve had a rivalry that has gone down in history, one that even Edward Newgate recognised as legendary. After Mihawk lost an arm fighting Shanks, he lost interest in continuing the fight. Luffy and Zoro have had Shanks and Mihawk as their main goals to achieve and surpass from the beginning of the series. When it comes to rivals, Zoro wants to win against Mihawk, whereas Luffy wants to win against Shanks. With One Piece now in its last act, the time for the decisive showdown between the Strawhat Pirates’ two most ambitious members and their two erstwhile enemies is rapidly approaching.

Luffy and Zoro’s tense Whiskey Peak brawl
Even Luffy’s supposed adversaries, Law and Kid, never came close to matching Luffy in battle. When the captain was accosted by some Strawhats, it seems that he either chose to ignore them or effortlessly dispatched them. Only Zoro could have a fair battle with Luffy.
The two engaged in a legitimate battle to determine who was the superior of the two. Luffy and Zoro both employed their most powerful weapons throughout the fight, the Gom Gom Bazooka and the Three Sword Style Onigiri, respectively. This issue drove home the point that Luffy and Zoro were about on par in terms of strength. Their anger at the Baroque Works agents who sought to intervene in the combat and were wiped out is a tribute to how hard they fought. Interestingly, Eiichiro Oda, creator of One Piece, decided to leave the fight’s conclusion up in the air on purpose.

By introducing Nami into the mix, he was able to divert Luffy and Zoro’s attention from their fight. When One Piece’s main heroes, Luffy and Zoro, finally encounter the series’s baddie Blackbeard’s emergence as a major antagonist in the story is a highlight for many fans. Jaya was the first place Blackbeard was seen. Only Luffy, Zoro, and Nami of all the Strawhats knew him. While in Jaya, Luffy and Zoro encountered a pirate known as Bellamy the Hyena who mocked their aspirations. They didn’t put up much of a fight since they didn’t think he was worth it, even after he and his gang beat the crap out of them. The trio then ran across a man who affirmed their earlier actions, saying, “people’s hopes will never cease.” Later investigation identified the individual as Blackbeard, a.k.a. Marshall D. Teach.

Zoro upheld Luffy’s authority as captain
Zoro, in his role as first mate, provides tactical advice and assistance to Luffy during fights. As shown in “Water Seven” and “Enies Lobby,” when the Strawhat Pirates had a vexing problem with Usopp. Luffy was given advice on how to lead the crew more responsibly by Zoro, who emphasised taking on the responsibilities of captain and issuing punishments as necessary. As for the other Strawhats, Zoro pushed them to treat Luffy with the same level of deference he had shown. Zoro acted this way to keep the ship’s company together. Zoro persuaded Luffy that he shouldn’t let Usopp back on board until he apologised, reasoning that otherwise, it would reflect poorly on Luffy’s leadership.

Fire the Gom Gom’s 300-pound cannon into the Aqua Laguna
If you’re looking for the most powerful members of the Strawhat Pirates, go no further than Luffy and Zoro. They have such a strong trust in one another that they are able to work together effectively. Luffy and Zoro both employed the Gom Gom 300-Pound Cannon, a typical technique for annihilating massive waves, to do so. This is a simultaneous execution of Luffy’s Gom Gom Cannon and Zoro’s 108 Pound Cannon. As such, the technique ought to be called 216 Pound Cannon, but Luffy thought it was too lengthy and difficult to say. Zoro accepted the new label for the assault with amused indifference.

Zoro put himself in danger in Thriller Bark to protect Luffy
Bartholomew Kuma showed up in Thriller Bark after Luffy’s fight with Gecko Moriah to steal his head. Zoro and Kuma engaged in a brief battle, after which Zoro gave the Warlord his life in exchange for Luffy’s. Kuma was so taken aback by his resolve that he agreed to take him up on his offer. Kuma utilised his Devil Fruit abilities to materialise a massive paw of energy, and Zoro volunteered to take on all of Luffy’s injuries and anguish at once. Zoro’s willingness to put his own life in danger to ensure Luffy’s safety was a testament to his bravery and loyalty. Kuma fled Thriller Bark without injuring Luffy, keeping his promise to Zoro. Zoro willingly forsook his own opportunity at glory as the King of Pirates in order to ensure that Luffy would have a chance to live and achieve his goal. Not even Bartholomew Kuma could begrudge such a bond.

The Worst Generation, of which Luffy and Zoro are members, is exposed
Rookie pirates who entered the New World with a bounty of more than 100 million Berries are now known as Supernovas. The majority of Supernovas may be traced back to the infamous Worst Generation of pirates. Blackbeard and a band of other Supernovas who arrived in the Sabaody Archipelago before the Paramount War are among the fabled Worst Generation. Only Luffy and Zoro are Eleven Supernovas from the Strawhat Pirates. Only five of these eleven super rookies—Luffy, Zoro, Law, Kid, and Killer—made the cut to face off against Kaido and Big Mom atop Onigashima. The five of them were presented as the group’s undisputed commanders and the most formidable fighters of their period.

For not taking the New World seriously, Zoro reprimanded Luffy. Zoro scolded Luffy during the Punk Hazard Arc for being careless against Caesar Clown, which led to Luffy’s loss to an easy foe. Zoro, unhappy that they had just recently arrived in the New World and were already having trouble, urged Luffy to keep his mind on the task at hand. In the end, Luffy took his advice and defeated Caesar with a grin on his face.

In Wano, Luffy and Zoro were reconciled.
When Zoro and Luffy went their own ways after forming the Samurai-Pirate-Mink Alliance. While Luffy went to Whole Cake Island to save Sanji, Zoro stayed in Wano with Kinemon and the others. They eventually found each other again in Wano. Luffy and Zoro’s overwhelming excitement upon reuniting is a tribute to their deep relationship. In an unprompted display of warmth, they instinctively welcomed and hugged one another.
They promptly began their destructive ways. Zoro first defeated fellow Supernova Basil Hawkins, who then bowed to Kaito’s authority. After that, Luffy and Zoro travelled to Bakura Town to cause even more havoc for Kaido’s minions there. After one of the Emperors was defeated, Luffy and Zoro would go on to defeat the other.

Only Luffy and Zoro risked their lives to battle the formidable Emperors, Kaido and Big Mom. Zoro and Luffy showed their superiority to the other Supernovas in that fight as well.
Zoro was able to withstand the combined might of the Emperors’ onslaught because of his superior defences. He rescued them all but was badly hurt in the process. Zoro engaged Kaido in direct combat to save his captain’s life after Luffy had been knocked down by the former’s earlier onslaught. In the subsequent fight, Zoro badly injured Kaido, leaving him with a deep scar and exhausting his last bit of strength. After pushing himself to his limits and developing his strength, Luffy eventually bested Kaido in a decisive combat.

As Supreme Kings, Luffy and Zoro let loose their aspirations
The Conqueror’s Haki is an innate power to dominate and intimidate others into submission. This is an innate talent, not something that can be taught. Those lucky enough to be born with it are the only ones who can access it. Those endowed with Conqueror’s Haki are endowed with a “kingly mindset,” as well as the strength and capacity to advance to the ranks of the strongest. Upgraded Conqueror’s Haki is even more amazing than the original kind. Few powerful people have the ability to cover themselves, their assaults, and their weapons with the Haki of their Conqueror. Because of this, they may inflict harm on others or protect themselves, behind a Haki shield, without ever making actual touch.
Users of this ability receive a tremendous boost that allows them to progress to higher levels of strength. Most of Conqueror’s Haki users weren’t strong enough to reach this better tier, despite being highly skilled warriors. Luffy and Zoro released the Haki of the Advanced Conqueror during the Wano Arc. Only the Strawhat crew, along with the entire new generation of pirates, including the Eleven Supernovas, were capable of pulling this out.

Concluding Remarks
The link between the two Strawhats at the top is unique. Zoro is Luffy’s devoted right-hand man and the only member of the crew who can hold his own physically. Zoro is always there for Luffy and will risk his own life to save him if necessary. Luffy responds to Zoro’s loyalty by placing absolute faith in his skills. Due to their shared cooperation, they are very much like brothers. Not unexpectedly, their interactions in the field are always well-received by the audience. Once again picking up the story after a week off, One Piece 1074 depicted Luffy and Zoro going their own ways from the rest of the gang. Luffy and Zoro stayed behind as the rest went in quest of Vegapunk. Now, they’re keeping an eye on Lucci and Kaku while they sleep it off. But it looks like Egghead, Luffy, and Zoro are going to have a major clash with Kizaru and Saint Jaygarcia Saturn on their tails.
