First seen with Sukuna seated atop a bed piled high with human and animal remains in the “Fearsome Womb Part 5” of Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 213. For a long time, he had been aware of the potential of Megumi’s Cursed Technique, but he had been reluctant to approach him since, like Yuji, Megumi was only a prison for Sukuna. The right time came when Megumi’s spirit gave way, and he pounced. Yuki is shocked at Mugumi’s condition as the scene turns to Megumi, who is presently under Sukuna’s influence. After Sukuna had Megumi under control, he hit Yuji so hard that the latter crashed through numerous buildings and spat blood. Yuji could safely say that this is the toughest hit he’s ever taken.
