The official teaser photos and synopsis for Episode 6 of Season 2 of “Tokyo Revengers,” titled “Whip Up Morale,” have been released by Liden Films. Takemichi mends a shattered heart while he and Chifuyu strive to save Taiju from Hakkai, who intends to kill him.Takemichi and Chifuyu made up their minds to team up with Kisaki and Hanma to foil Hakkai’s plot to assassinate Taiju. Takemichi was very much in love with Hinata until he found out about her relationship with Kisaki and agreed to her father’s request to break up with her. Now we begin Season 2, Episode 6 of “Tokyo Revengers,” which will tell the narrative of what happens next. This issue picks up just where last one ended. For her own safety, Takemichi has broken up with Hinata and abandoned his gang lifestyle.
Kisaki Tette returns to the effort to preserve Taiju by learning more about Hakkai. From one of Taiju Shiba’s colleagues, he finds out that on Christmas Eve, the Sixth Division Captain of the Second Generation Tokyo Manji Gang would go to church to pray alone. Without nobody else from the Black Dragon to join him, Hakkai may decide to carry out his plot to assassinate his older brother. In “Tokyo Revengers,” episode 6 of Season 2, Takemichi, Chifuyu, Kisaki, and Hanma will to church to seek divine intervention. The idea is for Chifuyu, Kisaki, and Hanma to prevent Taiju from entering the church, while Takemichi goes back to Hakkai and tries to persuade him not to kill his sibling. Takemichi, Chifuyu, Kisaki, and Hanma all have the Tokyo Manji Gang insignia on their sashes in the promotional artwork.
Takemichi’s first major assignment as Division 1 captain will require him to wear the Toman sash for the first time. Takemichi and Chifuyu must have a special connection to this jersey because it once belonged to Keisuke Baji, a former captain of Division 1. During the same time period, Kisaki made a bargain with Chifuyu and Takemichi in Episode 5 of Season 2 of “Tokyo Revengers” to prevent Hakkai from killing Taiju on Christmas Eve. As Toman would try to thwart such an action, it would be preferable if the people behind it took the initiative themselves. Takemichi and Chifuyu accepted the bargain and enlisted the aid of Hanma and Kisaki to complete their task. Later that day, Takemichi saw Nao and Hinata, and when he did, fans got a glimpse of Hinata with Kisaki. This week’s episode will likely involve a showdown between Taiju, Hakkai, and Takemichi and his comrades as they try to prevent Hakkai from killing his brother. Takemichi’s mission is to persuade Hakkai to abandon his ambitions while Kisaki and the others eliminate Taiju. It’s doubtful that even the three of them could defeat a monster of his size.
Tokyo Revengers Season 2 Episode 5 Recap:
While Chifuyu and Takemichi were apprehensive to collaborate with Hakkai because of their past deeds, Hakkai offered them a day to consider about joining hands with them. However, Takemichi decided to help them so that Hakkai wouldn’t have to kill Taiju, and he persuaded Chifuyu to join them so that they could learn more about Kisaki. Naoto, Takemichi, and Hinato met together the following day on their way from school to the park. Although the other two were planning to stay at the park for a little longer, Naoto decided he didn’t have time to waste and departed. Takemichi made a remark about how much he resembled Kisaki, and Hinata agreed.
But Takemichi was caught off guard since he had no idea Kisaki and Hinata were friends. She then revealed that she and Kisaki had attended the same cram school, where he had been universally despised. She also revealed to Takemichi that she and Kisaki were the ones who first introduced them. When Kisaki and Hinata were on their way home from school, they encountered several bullies harassing a cat. They were trying to stop Hinata, but she moved up against them anyhow. The students shifted their attention to Hinata until Takemichi intervened and saved her.
Takemichi may have lost the fight, but he won over Hinata’s affections. Takemichi recalled that on Christmas Day he had abandoned Hina at the same park where they had planned to meet on Christmas Eve. But now that things were looking up between them, he was convinced that everything had altered. But he soon met Hina’s father, who didn’t want his daughter dating a thug and so encouraged him to break up with Hina. Takemichi dumped her, and she reacted angrily by assaulting him. Takemichi then had a last meeting with Chifuyu, Kisaki, and Hanma to review their strategy.
