Blue Lock Episode 18 Spoilers, Leaks, Release Date & Much More to Read

The 18th episode of Blue Lock airs on TV Asahi on Sunday, February 12 at 1:30 am JST. Almost everybody in the world can watch it on Crunchyroll, although there are a few outliers where the anime may be found on Netflix instead. As shown in the last episode, Reo’s team thoroughly defeated Isagi’s. Isagi wanted to be ahead of the rest of his squad, so he chose to eat Barou since he wouldn’t work with them. Isagi and Nagi used this to pull their side back into the game. Chigiri, on the other hand, contributed to his side regaining the lead.

Episode 18 of Blue Lock: What to Expect?
In episode 18 of Blue Lock, Barou will have a personal awakening of his own. Since he sees himself as an absolute monarch, it is not in his nature to give way to Isagi, whom he previously viewed as far less powerful. So far, Barou has demonstrated that his long-range shot and crazy charge are his primary weapons. Therefore, he would be able to show off some of his other skills in the upcoming episode. Given that the contest is down to its latter stages, the next episode may also show how it ends. In other words, one member from each team will switch sides when the game is over.

This is a review of episode 17 of Blue Lock.
In episode 17 of Blue Lock, dubbed “Donkey,” Isagi’s squad had trouble facing Reo’s team because Barou refused to work with the rest of his comrades. Isagi tried to have a conversation with Barou, but Barou was only interested in achieving his aims through chemical reactions, so Isagi gave up. Isagi made the conscious decision to eat Barou because of this. He took use of Barou’s idiosyncrasies and motions. He outran Barou, scored a goal, and then helped set up Nagi’s second by stealing the ball from Barou in the process of a challenge. This allowed Isagi and Nagi to become unstoppable.

Latest Updates for Episode 18

Preview photos and a plot summary for Blue Lock episode 18 have been posted by 8bit in anticipation of the show’s broadcast on TV Asahi at 1.30 a.m. JST on Sunday, February 12. The forthcoming episode, titled “The Lead Actor’s Stage,” will be streamed on Crunchyroll across the world, with the exception of a few regions where you may watch the anime on Netflix instead. The anime will also be available to watch online at the same time for subscribers of Ani-One Asia Ultra in South and Southeast Asia. After realising he couldn’t depend on Barou to produce chemical reactions, Isagi devoured him in the previous episode. Because of this, Isagi was able to capitalise on Barou’s moves to score goals for himself and Nagi, and the two of them went on to completely control play.

A trailer for episode 18 of Blue Lock suggests that Barou will give in to Isagi. After Chigiri scored the fourth goal for the Red side in the last episode of Blue Lock, the plot will pick up right where it left off in episode 18, titled The Lead Actor’s Stage. Things were going to heat up as the Red team needed only one more goal to win the third-stage match. Barou was allowed to crawl about the field as Isagi and Nagi devised innumerable avenues to the goal thanks to their mutual awareness of their own weaponry. Chigiri was clearly growing because he could now capture a ball without slowing down his sprints, whereas Reo and Kunigami both had trouble doing so. Meanwhile, the field’s apparent monarch, Barou, was left behind because of his excessive pride (or “ego”).

Even worse, he collapsed to his knees once Isagi began to physically dominate the field and steal the spotlight from him. The forthcoming episode may be the series finale since Reo’s Red team now trails Isagi’s White squad 4-3. This means that Barou could aim to score an upset over Isagi in the last moments of the match. He clearly has a mind of his own, therefore I doubt he can tolerate playing second fiddle to Isagi for very long. Fans may get a glimpse inside Barou Shoei’s past to learn more about his upbringing, as the anime may wish to explain the origins of his narcissistic character.
