My Hero Academia: The End of the Paranormal Liberation Arc concluded with the airing of Episode 14 last week. Our heroes are overwhelmed by the destruction they’ve suffered, but this is only the beginning; the bad guys have already plotted their next move. Next up, as hinted at by the last episode’s title and its closing moments, is the jail known as Tartarus, where All For One is being held.

Recap
Before the battle broke out, it was revealed that Twice had built a doppelganger of Re-Destro and lured him into a trap by inviting him to work on a collaborative project. A number of heroes, including the President, are killed by Re-doppelganger Destro’s before it disappears into thin air. Several heroes are brought to the hospital, while the villains—including Dr Garaki, who is being questioned by police, Mr Compress, Gigantomachia, Re-Destro, and Getan—are jailed. More than sixteen thousand PLF members have been taken into custody. In contrast, about a hundred Liberation warriors, including Shigiraki, Skeptic, Dabi, and Spinner, manage to flee.

The police are making every effort to rescue as many injured citizens as they can, while Ochaco, Tsuyu, and the other heroes are lending a hand. But the damage is so great that many heroes give up and go into retirement. U.A. pupils are devastated by the news of their teacher’s death after discovering Midnight’s body. All For One, now inhabiting Shigaraki’s body, orders Nomu to assault Tartarus in order to liberate Shigaraki’s main body, and the episode concludes with many citizens waiting for Endevavor’s answer to Dabi’s confession.
