In spite of the fact that chapter 347 of Black Clover isn’t scheduled for publication for another week, spoilers for it have already been made public. The forthcoming chapter’s spoilers provide a possible insight into the Yami family’s history, as Ichika begins to wonder if she, rather than her brother Sukehiro, was responsible for the carnage. When the Paladins called upon the five-headed Sacred Dragon in the previous chapter, the Ryuzen Seven faced out against it to prevent the Land of the Sun from falling under its wrath.
The Ryuzen Seven, on the other hand, had been forewarned of the occurrence by Shogun Ryudo Ryuya the day before, allowing them to evacuate the inhabitants and plan a strategy to fight the Sacred Dragon. The truth of the Yami clan slaughter is hinted at in Black Clover chapter 347, thanks to Ichika’s recollections.
Title of what will presumably be Black Clover 347: Deception can be effective; the chapter will start with a monologue from Ichika suggesting that they may not need Asta’s might to beat the Paladins. At this point, Ichika noticed Lily Aquaria and her Paladins casting a massive Ice and Spatial magic combo spell, at which point he realised that their opponents possessed a lot of yoryoku. Not long after, the paladin Yrul cast another spell, this time an illusion that let his targets face their own worst fears. Ichika saw her father, but Kezokaku saw a huge frog. While the latter acknowledged having some childhood terror of her father, she was confident the spell would have no effect on her.
Unfortunately, the magic brought back unpleasant memories, including her father’s anger over the lack of battle. Very quickly after, she witnessed her father administer a family secret remedy to her sibling. It seems that this drug may unlock the clan members’ latent diabolical abilities. After Sukehiro refused to take the medication, Ichika’s next recollection was of her father force-feeding her. Her mind then flashed forward to the time of the Yami clan slaughter, when she saw people fleeing the carnage. Ichika began to wonder if it was really she who had murdered her family in these recollections.
Her father’s parting words, “as anticipated of my child, Ichika,” lingered in her mind as her last. The action of Black Clover chapter 347 then shifted to the ongoing conflict, with Daizaemon seen to be on his last legs but refusing to give up. Nonetheless, Lily reassures him that it’s acceptable to give up since Lucius Zogratis had plans for the Ryuzen Seven, too; they were to be transformed into Paladins, and their next strike would be for global peace. At the end of chapter 347 of Black Clover, a frightened Ichika begins to doubt her power and begins to believe that she is weak. Asta suddenly materialised to shield Ichika from her father’s slashing blade, just like her older brother Sukehiro had done previously.
Last words on the spoilers for Chapter 347 of Black Clover
In Black Clover chapter 347, it was hinted that Ichika, and not Yami Sukehiro, could have been responsible for the killing of the Yami clan. Her father allegedly drugged her into a killing frenzy by force-feeding her a pharmaceutical. But now that he has joined the fight, Asta may finally show off his new abilities to his adoring public. Since Yosuga and Fujio were aiding him in his Zettem training, it’s possible that they’ll also be fighting with him in the next instalment.
