Spoilers for Chapter 209 of “Jujutsu Kaisen” has been released, and it appears to include clues of new information regarding the colonies, just as the current arc is set to conclude. It might also shed light on what went on in the two days between the introduction of the new Culling Game moves and Kenjaku’s arrival in the Star Corridor. The leak has also suggested that fans’ hopes for further information on Yuji and Megumi would be realised.
Chapter 209 of “Jujutsu Kaisen” is titled “An Offering to the Unknown,” and it depicts a slew of upcoming battles. Several vehicles and planes are seen on the title page to transport troops to the colonies. Upon reaching the barricades, a group of Koganes identify themselves, claiming that the alleged troops are actually participants in the Culling Game. As Kenjaku and Uraume depart the cellar-like place where Ogi Zenin left Maki and Mai to be slaughtered by cursed spirits, they band together and ascend the stairs.
Scene changes to Iori Hazenoki, Hiromi Higuruma, and Rin Amai, who are all aware of the newcomers to the Culling Game. In Chapter 209 of “Jujutsu Kaisen,” after being attacked by the troops, Remi becomes the first kidnapped sorcerer. The troops inject something into her veins and then electrocute her. The troops begin their search and quickly capture additional sorcerers, who are then loaded onto waiting for transport vehicles.
After a fierce battle, Hazenoki is shown in a flashback to Chapter 167, when he is warned by Reggie that only the most powerful sorcerers will survive Kenjaku’s explosion. Now back in the present, Kenjaku and Uraume are hatching a plot, and it turns out that everywhere besides Shibuya, Kenjaku has already unleashed cursed spirits. Hana Kurusu and Angel, meantime, are unable to keep up with the newcomers. The military has arrived and lobbed a grenade in the direction of the escaping sorcerers.
Rapidly, Yuji kicks the grenade out of the path. At the end of “Jujutsu Kaisen” Chapter 209, Takaba deflects a bullet from one of the troops just as Megumi is ready to launch an assault. And in Chapter 208 of “Jujutsu Kaisen,” Kenjaku blew a hole in Yuki’s stomach with a tiny Uzumaki. Choso, in a flashback sequence, admits that he is willing to sacrifice anything for Yuji’s future. As for the resumption of the battle, Choso employed his methods against Kenjaku.
When Tengen showed up, he slashed Yuki’s corpse in half. Seeing the genuine body of Tengen buried beneath the dirt, Yuki almost murdered Kenjaku but instead sacrificed himself, giving Kenjaku the victory.
