Complete Spoilers for Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 208, Plotline, Full Summary Leaked Online

Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 207 ended tragically with Kenjaku utilising Geto’s Curse Manipulation to shoot a miniature Uzumaki into Yuki’s stomach. Due to her mastery of the Reverse Cursed Technique, supporters were optimistic that the special grade would be able to recover and continue the struggle to save Tengen. Spoilers, however, shattered readers’ hopes by revealing that Kenjaku would win this encounter and face off against the immortal sorcerer, whose cursed technique he needed to carry out his next plot. After the English version of Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 208 was published, this page summarised the chapter’s key points. Chapter 208 of Jujutsu Kaisen details Yuki and Choso’s loss to Kenjaku in combat.

Choso is sorry for the path he has taken
Stars and Oil, Part 4 of Jujutsu Kaisen picked up right where Chapter 207 left off, with a horrified Choso yelling in horror as Kenjaku inflicted deadly injuries on Yuki. Probably due to Tengen’s command over the framework of his empty barrier, the chapter then quickly transitioned to a flashback of them sitting in a bar. Yuki and Choso wore western formalwear, and Tengen tended bar. Since the Death Painting had previously claimed that he was endangering himself for his younger brother’s future, Yuki questioned Choso if he didn’t want to be there for Yuji.

Considering the circumstances of their awakening at the hands of Kenjaku and Mahito, this caused him to inquire as to whether or not she still saw him as human. The curse-like look of Eso and Kechizu ensured that they would never be welcomed by humans, so Choso made the decision that they would continue to exist as curses. The Death Painting killed many individuals in Shibuya and blamed himself for the passing of his smaller brothers and sisters. Choso sobbed and said he’d taken the easy way out, lamenting the fact that he could have kept the right to stand at Yuji’s side if he’d stayed a human.

Here comes Tengen
The narrative then swung back to the current day in Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 208, when Choso is preparing to unleash a spinning wheel of blood against his enemies. Tengen physically withdrew him from the barrier, however, before he could complete the strike. Yuki proclaimed that the Death Painting’s existence as a curse ended on this battlefield and that he must now live again, but this time as a person. The sorcerer of high rank collapsed to the ground, her body now in two halves. When Tengen finally introduced themselves to Kenjaku, the body-hopping sorcerer burst into laughter. He remarked on the sight of his old friend, questioning if this was what the eternal sorcerer had desired, saying that Tengen resembled Sukuna in his original form.

Yuki makes a hole in space-time
In response to Kenjaku’s taunts, Tengen said that distracting Kenjaku would be enough for the special grade to seize the villain’s ankle. Yuki was unable to respond as a strong force began tugging him towards the dying body-hopper sorcerer and he was sucked inside the sorcerer’s body. In chapter 208 of Jujutsu Kaisen, the special-grade sorcerer explains that Kenjaku was accurate in presuming that alterations in the mass instilled by Star Rage did not influence Yuki, but only to a limited extent. After that, her volume shrank according to her growing bulk and density.

The sorceress’ cursed method allowed her to add an endless amount of mass, which led to the construction of a black hole that not only ate Yuki’s corpse but also imprisoned all matter and light within it. Before vanishing, Yuki warned that one must use gravity, mass, and time with great care. Debris from the Tombs of the Star Corridor’s floors, walls, and adjacent structures was quickly sucked into the black hole and destroyed. Once the artificial black hole vanished, the tombs’ ceilings collapsed as well, allowing sunlight to illuminate the crypts below.

The Gravity Method, Developed by Kaori Itadori
Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 208 shows Kenjaku, undamaged by the black hole’s great gravitational pull, emerging from under the collapsing debris. The sorcerer who hopped from body to body admitted his admiration for Yuki as his last attack stripped him naked. Tengen inquired whether he had countered the strike with the Gravity Cursed Technique by using the Reverse Cursed Technique. However, Kenjaku made a startling admission, saying that the technique’s underlying nature was not gravity at all. When pressed, he acknowledged that the real name of his third cursed technique was the Anti-Gravity System and that it had belonged to Yuji’s mother, Kaori Itadori.

Utilizing his own body as a domain, the shape-shifting sorcerer said he had gambled by using Lapse to undo the results of the method, so stabilising the output and activation time. The villain claimed that the black hole’s destructive potential might have been stopped entirely if not for Tengen’s barrier and Yuki’s own resolve. In chapter 208 of Jujutsu Kaisen, Kenjaku discovers the immortal sorcerer’s body, sealed beneath the trunk of a tree in the Star Corridor, and the appearance of the sorcerer vanishes. At the end of the chapter, the antagonist thanks Tengen for everything and called him a friend.

Consensus and Remarks
Chapter 208 of Jujutsu Kaisen marked the end of the ongoing story arc and looked forward to the realisation of Kenjaku’s long-awaited goal to initiate a widespread transformation of Japanese non-sorcerers. This chapter added some clarity to the riddle of Yuji’s parentage and included various indications concerning the link between Kenjaku, Tengen, and Sukuna. Chapter 209 of Jujutsu Kaisen will hopefully offer updates on the situation in the different colonies after the inflow of new participants in the Culling Game. Fans will have to wait until January 8, 2023, when the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine resumes publication, to find out what’s in store for the future of the series.
