Episode 280 of Boruto: Naruto Next Generation, often known as “Exit” or “Toppako,” details Boruto’s daring escape from the labyrinth Ouga had constructed. The plot summary for Episode 280 of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is as follows. “Kiseru denies killing Batta and Fugou; Boruto storms off after demanding answers from him. When Ouga tries to lure Namua and his companions into the trap, Namua gives his life to keep the door open so that his companions can re-enter. Kiseru, who they believe would lead them out of the experiment, is surrounded by the others, but he utilises tremendous Fire Style jutsu to escape into a nearby cave. Boruto drives Kiseru away once more as Rokuro tries to control him with the parasites he used on Namua previously.
However, Kiseru uses the wound Rasengan inflicted on Rokuro to quickly gain the upper hand. Meanwhile, the rest of Team Sarada has been encircled by the same attackers that cornered Mitsuki. Likewise, Kiseru goes after Yatsume and Shamo, but they are able to defend themselves with the help of Lightning and Earth Style jutsu.” Onward with the summary “It has been established by Team Sarada that the masked people around them are actually members of the Konoha ANBU, who are looking into the disappearances on behalf of the Five Great Nations. Previously, they had prevented Mitsuki from interfering with the investigation, but now they have been given permission to share what they have learned with Sarada.
Thanks to Kiseru’s previous attack, they are able to show that Kiseru is one of their spies sent on an undercover operation as an Outer for Kara, while Shamo learns the same thing from the scroll Kiseru dropped. Since Kiseru has begun to get emotionally impacted by the undercover job, Shamo hurries to interrupt the confrontation between Kiseru and Boruto. While handing the scroll to Boruto, Shamo receives a blow in his place. Kiseru recovers his vision and explains his purpose. Following the leads left by a missing agent, the ANBU decided to take the information at its value. Kiseru figures out that this is all a genjutsu and tries to wake Boruto up by stabbing him with healing ninjutsu.”
