Where did we leave off in the last chapter, and what did happen there?
A showdown between Robin and Black Maria was shown in episode 1045 of One Piece. Black Maria appeared to be in control of the situation even after Robin used Giant Fleur. However, everything changed when Robin decided to release a new demonic form, Demonio Fleur. In little time at all, Robin had Black Maria in his hands, and she was quickly defeated.
Brook also got rid of the people under Black Maria’s command. The conflict had drained Robin to the point of collapse. In the meanwhile, Luffy dined on the provisions Caribou had brought. He gobbled up the entire supply for the month. Meanwhile, Momonosuke asked Shinobu to make him look older so he could bring Luffy to Onigashima.
About Episode 1045
‘A Spell!’ is the title of Episode 1045 of One Piece. While Luffy and Momonosuke get ready to head to Onigashima, where Kaido and Yamato are duking it out, Kid and Zoro Facing Threats is a hectic episode that tracks numerous ongoing bouts. As has been frequently shown, the anime follows a formula in which one episode focuses on a single character before the following episode provides a high-level summary of all the battles. In the prior episode, for instance, Robin’s struggle with Black Maria was the exclusive emphasis.
One Piece Episode 1045 picks off where episode 1044 left off: the ongoing fight with the Animal Kingdom Pirates.
Fukurokuji vs. Raizo
On the top level of Onigashima Castle, Raizo and Fukirokuji are engaged in combat. Since Raizo is too affected by his feelings to perform Clone Jutsu effectively, Fukurokuji is able to defeat him. When Raizo discovers Fukirokuji’s dubious allegiance to Kurozumi Orochi and Kaido, he confronts them. The leader of the organisation, Fukurokuji, replies that he and his associates have a responsibility to serve the current Shogun.
With a grin on his face, he makes the statement, and Raizo is quick to point out that duty isn’t the only thing binding the allies together. However, Raizo’s dedication to the Oden, who is now dead, is called into doubt by Fukurokuji. The writer of the letter is obviously quite impressed by Momonosuke’s commitment and expects that he will succeed his father as Shogun.
Battles of the Killers, Big Moms, and the Law
In episode 1045 of One Piece, we see two battles going on at once. Killer and Hawkins are at odds as Kid and Law cope with Big Mom. With the use of his Devil Fruit powers, Hawkins can transfer his wounds from a battle to his opponent, and Killer soon discovers that Hawkins has started to do so with Kid. Now that Hawkins has the upper hand, Killer must decide whether to continue fighting and risk murdering his captain or surrender and help Kid and Law beat Big Mom.
Sanji takes on the King and Queen
The fight between the Queen and Sanji has reached a stalemate until the King steps into tip the scales. After that, the two begin battling defecting Animal Kingdom Pirates who once feared Tama’s powers. While on a respite, Sanji now knows he must once again face his enemies in combat. Prospero shows in at this time, fuming that Sanji has wrecked Pudding’s wedding. He lines up an arrow shot at Sanji, who is unaware of the danger, but Nekomamushi blocks him. Meanwhile, King and his crew of pirates set out in search of Zoro, intent on eliminating him before he can make a full recovery. At the end of the chapter, they finally track him down.
One Piece Episode 1045: Spoilers & Predictions
“A Spell! Kid and Zoro Facing Threats!” is the title of the next episode. As the story progresses, Zoro will confront his greatest danger. Battles between Killer and Hawkins, Raizo and Fukurokujo, and Sanji and the Queen will keep everyone occupied. Moreover, Perospero will keep on fighting against mysterious adversaries. One supporter, though, predicted that Luffy would eventually go back to fighting. Momonosuke asked Shinobu to make him older so that he might help other people, notably the Straw Hats, and his whereabouts were hinted at in a previous episode.
The fan then claims that after Luffy reaches the top floor, he will use a brand new move on Kaidou called Gomu Gomu no Gigant. Kaidou and Luffy’s fight will take up most of this episode. His most recent assault is designed to make him into a God-like giant, and he has already begun to exude steam in preparation for the resurrection of his demon fruit. The individual also reveals the existence of a devil fruit, whose original name has been forgotten through time. The devil fruit was a Gomu Gomu no Mi, a species of Paramecia. Luffy’s physique will take on the characteristics of rubber as a result.

If Luffy decides to join Yamato and Kaidou in their fight, things will quickly escalate. Observing the course of events should prove fascinating. In the previous episode (1044), Black Maria launched her webs towards Robin, catching her arms and preventing her from moving. She leapt on Robin and started pounding her after she had already broken her defences by forcing her arms and trying to open them. Black Maria was apparently defeated by Robin after she deceived her into using her enormous arms to strike. Black Maria persisted until she had trapped Robin in her web, at which point she began using her web to catch Robin.
Black Maria said that Robin’s punches were only revenge, and she began beating Robin, tossing her from one web to the next. It was the insults she hurled at Robin while she beat her that brought back memories of her own upbringing for the tyrant. Later, she became disengaged and began thinking back to her days of Revolutionary Army training. As part of her karate training, she picked up a new slapping technique known as the Fish-Man Karate slap.
A return to the current day reveals that Robin has developed another enormous arm and smashed the roof, igniting a fire and smashing rubble above Black Maria in the process. Once Robin was free of the webs, he reformed as a monstrous being. Then, she manifested extra arms and ensnared Black Maria in a grappling hold, ultimately knocking her out.
