A brand-new drawing for Black Clover by the mangaka
Japanese Manga Featuring a Black Clover An original illustration by Yuki Tabata was also unveiled during Jump Festa 2023. Ast and the film’s main enemy, the former Magic Emperor Conrad Leto, were depicted in the image made for the Super Stage event.
The Black Clover Super Stage opened Jump Festa 2023, during which the anime debuted the teaser for the future movie and announced the majority of its new cast members. The final episode of the Black Clover anime aired on March 30, 2021, and ever since then, fans have been teased with glimpses of the film. The trailer for the film was shown for the first time on the Super Stage at Jump Festa 2023. Until now, only important imagery and a teaser had been made public.
The first trailer for Black Clover: The Wizard King has arrived
Asta (Gakuto Kajiwara), Yuno Grinberryall (Nobunaga Shimazaki), Yami Sukehiro (Junichi Suwabe), Julius Novachrono/Lucius Zogratis (Toshiyuki Morikawa), and Conrad Leto (Toshihiko Seki) all made appearances at Jump Festa 2023 Black Clover Super Stage to unveil the movie’s teaser. Despite just being 30 seconds long, the trailer provided much-needed background information on the film’s narrative. The return of these four previous Magic Emperors, it seems, will spark a full-scale conflict between them and the Magic Knights over the whole realm.
Although only a few combatants are seen in the teaser and the major images, the all-out fight is expected to be massive. It was recently confirmed that TREASURE’s “Here I Stand” will serve as the film’s main theme. The film itself will premiere on Netflix on March 31, 2023.
Recent additions to the cast
Super Stage event also revealed two additional characters’ names and actors who would play them in the movie. In spite of the fact that the movie’s central image has previously exposed the characters, we don’t know much about them beyond the fact that they were formerly the Magic Emperors. Edward Aberache, the 20th Magic Emperor, will be portrayed by Yoshitada Otsuka. People respected and looked up to Edward since he was a priest in the church. But he felt compelled to take action on behalf of the defenceless.
In the meantime, Miyuki Sawashiro will portray Princia Funny Bunny, the 11th Magic Emperor, in the next film. It is said that of all the Magic Emperors, Princia possesses one of the most formidable fighting skills. Both Yoshitada Otsuka and Miyuki Sawashiro have voiced characters in the Naruto series, with Otsuka playing Jiraiya and Sawashiro playing Daki in the Demon Slayer: Entertainment District Arc.
