Latest Updates for Chapter 1069
On Thursday, December 8th, scanlations for One Piece chapter 1069 were made available, finally delivering readers the long-awaited issue. This chapter represents the explosive beginning of the fight sequence on Egghead Island and features the reappearance of Gear 5, the confirmation of Lucci’s Awakened form, and much more. One Piece chapter 1069 scanlations also have Dr Vegapunk discussing what seems to be mythology around the creation of Devil Fruits. Scanlations paint these beginnings as immensely amazing and thrilling, and they fit with the series’ themes, but fans will have to wait for officially translated releases to be sure of what he says.
Lucci vs. Luffy, round two
Egghead Island is in shambles at the beginning of One Piece chapter 1069, and everyone is running away from Rob Lucci and Vegapunk Atlas. In the meantime, the crew of the Monkey D. Luffy model holds firm, staring down Lucci and S-Bear from the Bartholomew Kuma Seraphim. For spotting Lucci, Tony Tony Chopper screams in terror, while Jinbe can’t believe they’re going after Dr Vegapunk. Lucci, who Luffy refers to as “pigeon man” instead of by his given name, is asked to explain his presence. Here, Lucci returns to his regular form before stating that Egghead is, in fact, a Government Island. Chopper encourages Luffy to leave the location quickly, and Luffy admits that they are the odd ones out. Then, Kaku from CP0 makes a comment on the Straw Hats and Jewelry Bonney that they’re wearing. Then he informs Lucci that they can’t touch them since they need orders from above to do anything to Luffy now that he’s a Yonko.
At the same time, Luffy becomes preoccupied with something else and entrusts the care of Bonney to Jinbe. Stussy of CP0 then makes a remark about how each Yonko has a lot of people backing them, highlighting the fact that a minor conflict has the potential to become a major one very quickly. She orders some of the lower-level CP0 operatives to get in touch with the Marines, while Luffy in One Piece chapter 1069 is astonished to learn of Vegapunk Atlas’s condition. Luffy thinks it’s terrible and begs Chopper to help her out in whatever he can, while Lucci assures Kaku and Stussy that he understands the repercussions. Since this is World Government business, Lucci advises Luffy to remain out of it. In defiance, Luffy counters that Atlas fed them as the focus of One Piece chapter 1069 moves to the Marine HQ. In this scene, Akainu learns that the Straw Hat Pirates have arrived on Egghead Island, and he sighs as he realises that things are just becoming more complicated.
Since CP0 has to break in, he asks the reporting Marine if Vegapunk is onto them, and the Marine confirms that they are. Akainu continues to berate Lucci and the current situation, saying that he had hoped “those brats” would ask for his opinion before going to war. The possibility of Dr Vegapunk making a deal with Luffy, as pointed out by Akainu, is a tremendous blow to the Marines’ military dominance. Next, he inquires about Kizaru, to which the reporting Marine replies that Kizaru has already gone for Egghead as scheduled. Then, Akainu tells Lucci to wait for the Marines, stressing again how crucial it is that they not fight Luffy under any circumstances. Chopper, Jinbe, Bonney, Vegapunk Atlas, and the rest of the island’s inhabitants are all on the run from Luffy and Lucci when the action returns to Egghead Island at the end of chapter 1069 of One Piece.
Luffy must be very certain he wants to do this, Jinbe says because the World Government will view it as a significant crisis. And in the meantime, Nami and the rest of the Straw Hats are discussing how bizarre Rob Lucci looks and wondering whether that was always the case. Meanwhile, Vegapunk Shaka makes a remark on Luffy’s Awakened Zoan powers, claiming that they have a tendency to “overwhelm the user’s head,” and implying that Luffy’s case is special. This is the beginning of where the Devil Fruits in One Piece come from, which is discussed in Chapter 1069. After that, Rob Lucci unlocks an Awakened Form in chapter 1069 of One Piece and uses it to battle Straw Hat. He has leopard skin, but the black spots on it appear more like clouds. A black scarf depicting clouds or flames hangs over his neck and shoulders, evoking Luffy’s attire in Gears 4 and 5, but in a more sinister fashion.
Kaku attempts to warn Lucci to back off because they don’t have permission, while Lucci teases Luffy that he isn’t the only one who has become stronger. Meanwhile, Dr Vegapunk has arrived in the Lab Stratum where Nami’s gang is, asking Shaka whether “the White Warrior” is on screen. Franky is pictured with exaggerated hearty eyes upon finally seeing the actual Dr Vegapunk. Dr Vegapunk asks Nami if he knows the tale of Luffy’s new shape, but she replies she isn’t sure and thinks it’s part of his Gum-Gum Fruit abilities. When asked about the Gum-Gum Fruit, Dr Vegapunk reveals that the Straw Hats will be shocked to learn that the old Devil Fruit encyclopaedia has no record of such a thing. This is because Luffy’s Devil Fruit is a Human-Human Fruit, Model: Nika, of the Mythical Zoan kind.
The other Straw Hats are taken aback in Chapter 1069 of One Piece when Dr Vegapunk reveals that he appears just as Sun God Nika is portrayed in ancient scriptures. Then he describes Nika as the liberation army’s hero who spreads pleasure and laughter to everyone. Meanwhile, Luffy is shown in his usual Gear 5 state, bouncing and smiling as he confronts Lucci. Although Dr Vegapunk claims that Nika’s existence will continue so long as human wants do, he admits that the name Nika has been erased from history. Shockingly, Dr Vegapunk goes on to assert that mankind owes everything it desires, even the Devil Fruits. Everyone in the room, even the Straw Hats, is taken aback by this revelation. Then, in Chapter 1069 of One Piece, we learn from Dr Vegapunk that Devil Fruits are born from the hopes and dreams of the “next stage in the possible development of life,” where phrases like “I wish I could do…” or “if only we could do…” become true through the Devil Fruit’s abilities. Each one, he claims, represents a distinct future for humanity.
He goes on to say that these departures from humanity’s normal route of evolution are, in fact, unnatural. Dr Vegapunk continues by saying it seems to reason that the mother of nature, the water, is the single vulnerability of all Devil Fruits since the sea completely rejects their unnatural occurrences. Those who partake in Devil Fruits, he continues, experience “a wholly foreign reality formed out of unlimited permutations of imagination.”
But Dr Vegapunk concludes by adding that this is all just theory and that no matter what people think or believe, they live in a miraculous place. Throughout Vegapunk’s whole exposition, we observe a Gear 5 Luffy and an Awakened Lucci slug it out to no apparent avail.
A new ally suffers an immediate injury in One Piece chapter 1069
Then, in chapter 1069 of One Piece, Sentomaru shows up at the battlefield where Luffy and Lucci are fighting, accompanied by the Seraphims S-Hawk, S-Snake, and S-Shark. These are the models of the Seraphim created in the likeness of Dracule Mihawk, Boa Hancock, and Jinbe. Dr Vegapunk tells Sentomaru that they’ve come to take his life and that he needs Sentomaru to betray the World Government and aid him in order to succeed. At first, Sentomaru believes he must support CP0. Kaku sees the danger and tells S-Bear to kill one of the other Seraphim, and Sentomaru ultimately agrees. Stussy, though, points out that it’s pointless because Sentomaru has already ordered S-Bear to eliminate the CP0 guys. Kaku continues by saying that Sentomaru’s instructions supersede the “authority chip” the Seraphim possesses, giving him a complete command.
Then S-Bear starts assaulting CP0 while Stussy explains that CP0 is at a disadvantage since the Pacifista can’t accept instructions via Den Den Mushi. The Pacifista command structure is displayed graphically, with the Gorosei at the top, followed by Dr Vegapunk (including the Satellite bodies), the Sentomaru, and ultimately anybody in possession of an authority chip. Stussy says that the Gorosei can’t aid CP0 right now since the Pacifista won’t receive commands via Den Den Mushi. Kaku, in Chapter 1069 of One Piece, criticises Lucci for not pausing to consider the consequences of his actions by noting how expensive the destruction of a Seraphim would be to the World Government. A new technique of Luffy’s, the Gum-Gum Mole Pistol, involves a fist emerging from the earth and punching Lucci in the stomach. Sentomaru tells S-Snake to guide the Straw Hats to the vacuum rocket and get them through the frontier dome safely, while S-Hawk and S-Shark are tasked with silencing CP0.
Chopper feels the S-Shark Seraphim seemed familiar, and Jinbe asks if he’s seeing things in One Piece chapter 1069. It is then that Jinbe wonders whether the former Warlords were cloned, and the two of them hit upon the realisation that the Seraphim are based on ex-Shichibukai. A definitive solution to that query is not provided for the fans here. Meanwhile, Luffy calls Sentomaru a battle-axe and says it’s been a while since they’ve seen each other. But Sentomaru says they aren’t buddies and then asks whether he plans to genuinely aid Dr Vegapunk’s escape. The latter states he isn’t sure he can trust Luffy as a Yonko and doubts his current look, and Luffy assures that he will and that Sentomaru doesn’t need to worry.
In One Piece chapter 1069, however, Lucci interrupts the two by running Sentomaru through with what looks to be an improved Finger Pistol. In the final frame, a stunned Luffy worries about Sentomaru while Lucci remarks on how they have complete control over the Seraphim and orders them to obey them. It’s disappointing that next week won’t see any new episodes of the series.
Chapter 1069 of One Piece: Wrapping It All Up
Although fans will be disappointed to hear that the series will be taking a hiatus after such a thrilling issue, they will find plenty of material to keep them occupied with this issue. In the 16 pages of Chapter 1069 of One Piece, we learn the backstory of Devil Fruits, Gear 5 returns, Lucci’s Awakened form makes its appearance, and much much more. Chapter 1069 of One Piece is interesting because of how it sets up the rest of the Egghead Island arc, particularly in terms of the next battles. Luffy is now up against almost the whole might of CP0 and numerous Seraphim, and viewers are learning what is likely the most critical knowledge the story has touched on to this point. It’s a lengthy chapter that seems to cover a lot of ground at once, yet the author manages to break it down into manageable chunks. Creator, author, and artist Eiichiro Oda always know how to keep readers on the edge of their seats in the week leading up to a hiatus. At least until the official translation of One Piece chapter 1069 is available, it seems like nothing has changed.
About Chapter 1069
Luffy and Lucci finally ran into one other again after all these years at the end of the last chapter. Leaks of One Piece Chapter 1069 indicate that Oda didn’t spend any time setting up a rematch between Luffy and Lucci. The long-awaited showdown between Luffy and Lucci is undoubtedly the focus of this chapter, however other facts, such as CP0’s battle against the Seraphim, were also revealed.
This article may contain spoilers for One Piece Chapter 1069.
The Long-Awaited Rematch Between Luffy and Rob Lucci Is Finally Here, As Revealed in One Piece Chapter 1069 Lucci and Luffy’s monumental battle at the end of the Enies Lobby storyline seems like a lifetime ago. However, in preparation for their rematch on Egghead Island, Luffy rapidly transformed into his Gear 5 form, while Lucci used his awakened Zoan form. This is the first time Lucci has revealed his new form; the Wano Country arc featured Luffy in his Gear 5 form.
Lucci’s resurrected form is a huge cat with features that recall both Chopper’s Monster Point and Who’s-Who. Leaks suggest that Luffy’s battle with Lucci appears like it was lifted directly from Tom and Jerry because of Luffy’s Gear 5’s “toon abilities.” As was to be predicted, Luffy easily defeats Lucci by frightening and knocking him unconscious. Kaku was planning to aid Lucci before he was knocked unconscious; he now recognises Luffy as an emperor of considerable power. Despite Kaku’s pleas, Lucci kept fighting Luffy by himself.
Other members of CP0 are engaged in combat with Sentomaru’s Seraphim. By annihilating a key component of Egghead, the CP0 members free the Seraphim from their oppressors’ grip.
Stopping Kizaru, Akainu
What’s going on in Navy Central is also detailed in this chapter. Due to the unfolding events on Egghead Island, Admiral Kizaru is eager to get there, but Fleet Admiral Akainu prevents him from doing so. As this new story arc has begun, Akainu has been seen to be kept abreast of developments on Egghead. Still, he hasn’t taken any action so far, which might indicate that he has a strategy.
To recap, Rob Lucci was knocked unconscious during his encounter with Luffy, but he was able to revive owing to his awakened form. Though he says he wants to go off the island because of Luffy’s great abilities. How things progress from here is something to keep an eye on. Even if Luffy is far superior to Lucci, the rest of CP0 could still have a shot. These One Piece Chapter 1069 spoilers should be taken with a grain of salt, though. The official publication of the chapter is this weekend on Manga Plus, so you’ll have to wait until then to obtain all the facts.
Raw Scans and Possible Plot Details for One Piece Chapter 1069
At the start of Chapter 1068 of One Piece, Shakka tells the CP0 members that they need to leave Egghead Island in order to bring the seraphim Kuma to the lab for further study. CP0 insists, however, that they should meet Vegapunk because they have travelled a long way and would love to meet him, even though their true intention is to kill him. So Lucci tells the others to be ready to use Seraphim Kuma’s powers to get off the ship and onto Egghead Island.
In addition, we find out that Sentomaru is on Vegapunk’s side because Shakka has delegated control of the Cyborg Sea Monsters to him in this episode. While Old Vegapunk near the Junkyard tells Luffy, Jimbei, and Chopper that he has found the ancient energy that will cause the world government to want to get rid of him so that they can fulfil his dream of providing free energy to everyone in the world. As a result, he requests that Luffy be removed from the Island. As soon as Luffy gives his assent, Vegapunk starts packing his belongings. Altas attacks the members of CP0 after they cause chaos in the lab, but with just one kick from Lucci, she is severely injured.
After this, Luffy, who was heading upstairs to see Vegapunk, runs into Lucci, and the two of them greet one other with their respective nicknames. Luffy and Lucci’s fight from the previous chapter is expected to carry over into One Piece Chapter 1069, giving readers a chance to see the yonko Luffy go toe-to-toe with one of their old foes who has since grown in strength. While online fans may assume Luffy would easily dispatch Lucci, their encounter after two years gives the prodigy Lucci a chance to give Luffy a run for his money. At least, that’s what I’ve calculated.
Beginning next Tuesday, December 6th, spoilers for One Piece Chapter 1069 will begin to appear online, and by Friday, December 9th, the raw scans and full summary of the chapter will be available as well.

New Spoilers for Chapter 1069
The vast disparity in strength between Luffy and Lucci is laid bare in Chapter 1069 of One Piece. A member of the WorstGen Forums by the name of jmena leaked the information first. Redon, a trusted source of leaks, has confirmed this information in the PirateKing forums. The events of Chapter 1069 of One Piece mostly focus on the repercussions of the previous chapter, which saw CP0 agents enter Egghead island. When Rob Lucci finally ran into Luffy again, Atlas had been entirely devastated. Even more so now that he likes Vegapunk and his satellites, Luffy won’t let it slip.
In Chapter 1069 of One Piece, Luffy and Lucci square off against one another. In Chapter 1069 of One Piece, we finally get the rematch between Luffy and Lucci that everyone has been waiting for.
Luffy has no trouble defeating Lucci
Since the CP0 agent returned in the Egghead arc, fans have been eagerly awaiting the battle between Luffy and Lucci. In the Enies Lobby storyline, Lucci fought a tough struggle against Luffy. Eventually, they would have to cross paths again. jmena claims the following information is revealed in One Piece Chapter 1069:
Using his reawakened Zoan, Lucci takes on “Luffy Gear 5”.
Since the events of the Enies Lobby storyline, both warriors have significantly improved their skills. When fighting Lucci, Luffy only had access to Gears 2 and 3, but now he can utilise Gears 4 and 5. By One Piece Chapter 1069, it was clear that the Straw Hat wasn’t the only one who had lately reawakened his Devil Fruit.
This was brought up by jmena:
Lucci’s resurrected body is a large feline, a synthesis of Chopper’s Monster Point and Who’s Who fruit. The user’s physical abilities are substantially improved in their awakened versions. Since his 1st defeat at the hands of Luffy, Rob Lucci has undoubtedly been at the gym honing his skills. Straw Hat, on the other hand, has strengthened considerably during the previous two years.
The information provided by jmena suggests that: The two look like Tom and Jerry in this battle as Luffy easily defeats Lucci. Luffy and Kaido’s battle from the Wano Country arc is essentially rehashed in One Piece Chapter 1069. Using the cartoon physics of his Gear 5 form, the Straw Hat may defeat his foes. This is the second time a deadpan protagonist has been exposed as a total buffoon. “Luffy knocked out Lucci and won.” Before the events in One Piece Chapter 1069 ever take place, many fans have guessed the outcome. With ease, Luffy disposes of Lucci, a formidable foe who once brought him to the brink of death. It will be a treat to see it for sure.
There are also cameos by Akainu and Kizaru.
In addition, the Marines’ situation is briefly highlighted in One Piece Chapter 1069. Following jmena’s prediction, the following event will occur in the chapter: The quote in question reads, “Akainu prevents Kizaru from visiting Egghead Island.”
As a result, the Fleet Admiral has been extremely frugal with his available assets. He stopped Kizaru from taking on Kaido & Big Mom by himself during the Wano Country arc. When it comes to strength, Akainu has a lot of respect for Luffy.
Updated information from jmena
As of this writing, Redon has not confirmed the following spoilers for One Piece Chapter 1069. Take it from jmena’s post in the WorstGen Forums:
The Nika fruit is not listed as a “devil fruit” in any of the available resources. Since the World Government is concealing this information, it is not surprising that it is the case. One Piece Chapter 1069 suggests Lucci may not be finished just yet. The information provided by jmena suggests that: “Kaku wants to make a distress call because they’re up against an emperor, but Lucci brushes him off. Before the end of the chapter, Lucci has recovered thanks to his awakening and wants to leave the Island because of the terrible treatment he has received there.”
The CP0 agents’ time on Egghead will not be a pleasant one. At this time, they have more important things to do: “Cp0 is at odds with the seraphim because Sentoumaru commands them. There is a struggle for control of the seraphim, but cp0 intends to wipe out the part of egghead that handles interactions with them.” In the next few days, we can expect to hear from Redon to either confirm or dispel these rumours. In any case, fans of either Luffy or Lucci will be pleased to hear that they will face off once more.
One Piece Chapter 1069 Spoilers
At the beginning of this chapter, Rob Lucci is the target of Monkey D. Luffy’s Gear 5, and we learn that Lucci also possesses an activated Zoan fruit. In order to use Copper’s Monster Point and Who’s who’s devil fruit, he transforms into his awakened form, which is essentially a large cat.
Assume Evil: Whose Is It, Anyway? Extremely Important Monster Fruit
Kaku wishes to aid Lucci because he is now facing a Yonkou rather than a Rookie pirate, but Lucci flatly refuses his assistance and instead proceeds to face Luffy on his own. Sentoumaru has ordered CP0 to battle the Seraphim, and after a lengthy battle, we witness CP0 destroying a portion of an Egghead—the one responsible for relaying information to the Seraphim. After reading the raw for half of Chapter 1069 of One Piece, it becomes clear that Luffy completely dominates Rob Lucci and terrifies him. We watch Lucci gets knocked out by Luffy with relative ease.
And while he may be the laziest admiral, at least Kizaru wants to do something; he wanted to go visit Kaidou & Big Mom as well, but Fleet Admiral Akainu prevented him, and it pretty much occurs again and Akainu stops him here on Egghead Island. authorised his visit to Egghead Island. Furthermore, we find out that Hito Hito no Mi: Model Nika is not included in the Devil Fruit Encyclopedia.
After being heavily battered by Emperor Luffy and being generally terrified by his strength and power, Rob Lucci recovers by the conclusion of the chapter thanks to the awakened nature of his devil fruit. He now wants to leave the Island.
These One Piece 1069 spoilers have been updated.
Keep checking back here for updates as we add new content. We will validate things as we receive them, but it appears that Luffy simply knocked down Lucci with a single punch in the first update. Second update: the book’s title is “Everything Exists for a Reason.” Those are the devil’s fruits, whose origins in the lusts of ancient humanity are disclosed in this chapter. Each ripe fruit represents a want for growth and development on the part of the individual. The devil fruit is susceptible to seawater because this is abnormal and “Mother Sea” does not approve.
The events in this chapter are just as we expected. The raw scans for One Piece Chapter 1069 include spoilers about the outcome of the confrontation between Lucci and Luffy. In this chapter, like in the previous one, Shakka advised the CP0 members to leave Egghead Island. On the other hand, CP0 is adamant that they should meet Vegapunk since they have travelled so far to do so. Once on the island, Lucci utilises Seraphi Kuma’s skills to transport himself there, and then, in front of Luffy’s eyes, he fights Atlast.
Atlas is the one who fed Luffy, and as we all know, anybody who supplies Luffy is inherently highly precious to him. In this chapter, Lucci will finally receive what he deserves, and I can say that with pride.
