New Updates for Tokyo Revengers Season 2
Let’s review the first season of Tokyo Revengers before diving into the potential storyline for the second. In the opening scene of Tokyo Revengers, we meet Takemichi Hanagaki, a 26-year-old virgin who learns through the news that his middle school ex-girlfriend Hinata Tachibana and her younger brother Naoto were killed by the Yakuza. He wakes up 12 years in the past after being forced into train tracks one day. In that instant, he’d understand that he can travel across time at will. He alters history by travelling back in time 12 years in an effort to rescue Hinata. In order to protect his buddies, he joins the Tokyo Manji Gang. Takemichi, who has recently had the happiest times of his life, vows to get his retribution.
Season 2 of Tokyo Revengers will follow Takemichi’s journey in the present day. His buddies will still be killed, and he’ll learn that the Tokyo Manji Gang has expanded into a major criminal organisation by absorbing the Black Dragons. When he goes back in time, he sees that Taiju, the current head of the Black Dragons and Hakkai’s elder brother, orders Hakkai to quit the Tokyo Manji Gang and join the Black Dragons, which ultimately leads to the merger of the two gangs. Mitsuya, a member of the Second Division, anticipates a substantial future with the gang. Takemichi Hanagaki, Takashi Mitsuya, Chifuyu Matsuno, Keisuke Baji, Ken Ryuguji, and Manjiro Sano have all been confirmed to return for Season 2 of the Tokyo Revengers anime series, as shown in the official announcement video. Takemichi will be voiced by Yuuki Shin, Ken by Tatsuhisa Suzuki, Sano by Yuu Hayashi, Baji by Masaaki Mizunaka, Hanemiya by Shunichi Toki, and Kisaki by Shoutarou Morikubo. A date for the premiere of Season 2 of Tokyo Revengers has not been set.
Every member of the cast and crew
Yuuki Shin will play Takemichi, Tatsuhisa Suzuki will play Ken, Yuu Hayashi will play Sano, Masaaki Mizunaka will play Baji, Shunichi Toki will play Hanemiya, and Shoutarou Morikubo will play Kisaki in the upcoming season. In all likelihood, the next season will lead to even more viewership for the show. The community’s excitement about the upcoming season premiere and final arc is understandable.
Season 1 of Tokyo Revengers had fascinating protagonists and thrilling set pieces. A second season was confirmed only a few months after the first one concluded, attesting to the show’s popularity. Although the manga by Ken Wakui is winding down, fans are looking forward to the impending anime adaptation. Season one, which debuted in April of 2021, immediately raised the bar.
Predictions for the coming season
After shooting Chifuyu, the first season concluded on a cliffhanger with Kiskai aiming the pistol at Takemichi. There’s a gunshot, but we don’t see what occurs afterwards.
The second season of Tokyo Revengers will begin directly where the first left off. We hope it will explain how Takemichi was rescued.
The first season aired 24 episodes, which included the Touman Arc, the Moebius Arc, and the Valhalla Arc; season two is expected to focus on the Black Dragon Arc, commonly known as the Christmas Showdown Arc. This season, Takemichi travels back in time and finds himself at odds with the Black Dragons, a gang commanded by the formidable Taiju Shiba. Nevertheless, it has not been determined whether or not the Tenjiku arc would also be adapted into the show.

The popularity of the first season led to the confirmation of a second season of Tokyo Revengers for Jump Festa 2022. Tokyo Revengers Season 2 is still in development, but there is no word on when it will premiere. The manga has officially started its final arc.
The next issue of Weekly Shnen Jump will have Chapter 272 of Tokyo Revengers. Nonetheless, we shall not go into the manga’s plot here. Let’s check out what’s new in Season 2 of Tokyo Revengers.
