Even though it afforded him control, he turned it down. The next four hours were spent listening to Genos talk about Saitama, how he defeated Garou, and how he went across time. The group as a whole was unable to believe him. At the chapter’s close, Sweet Mask was absorbed with Saitama’s profile, proclaiming him “The Ideal Hero.”
Creator of the One-Punch Man manga One of the manga’s authors just announced on Twitter that the 174th chapter would be out on November 17. The manga is serialised, so new chapters come out every two weeks, probably about midnight JST. However, authors have the freedom to alter dates as they see fit.

It has been widely speculated that “IS God Watching” will be the title of One Punch Man chapter 174. The enigmatic being known as “God” was discussed in the prior chapter.
