In the upcoming seventh episode of Blue Lock, we finally get to see Chigiri shine as he proves once and for all that he is the team’s undisputed runner-up. It is Isagi who will free his leg from the restraints that slow him down as he tries to run. Athletes sometimes get hurt, and while Chigiri is well now, he hasn’t been able to run fast because he’s afraid of permanently losing his speed, which would make him a worse player. These competing ideas continued rattling around in his head, so he went to blue lock to escape Football. W is one of the best teams in the game, and if the team wins, they will have to face them.
Kuon will continue to rely on his tried-and-true strategy of selling off his allies in order to guarantee success, but his opponents will continue to reject him due to his lack of skill. Because of this, there will be tension within team Z, and eventually, they will all agree that Kuon shouldn’t participate in the next game and should instead hide in the corner. In this case, though, they will be up against Nagi, one of Blue Lock’s top players.
Discussion on the Seventh Episode
In Blue Lock Episode 7, we will not only learn why Kuon betrayed the team but also see the weapon of our series’ final important character, Chigiri. When the group was originally formed, he was the glue that kept everyone on the same page. The fact that he turned on his teammates in order to become the team’s leading scorer and advance to the next level came as a complete surprise to everyone.
Towards the end of the manga, after they’ve advanced to the championship match, even Ego admits that he’s the worst striker on the pitch. Due to Kuon’s betrayal, the score changed from 11 to 12 and he was taken out of the starting lineup. In the most recent episode, Chigiri was repeatedly challenged to come forward and show his weapon. His old teammates, the twins, are aware of its nature and used it to render him unable to contribute to the game in any meaningful way.
The plot of Blue Lock:
A match that Isagi Yoichi lost at his high school was the deciding factor in whether or not he would be able to accompany him to the nationals.
