After seeing that Shigaraki was focusing on Deku in order to steal One For All, Deku and Bakugou enticed him away from innocent bystanders in the 6th episode of My Hero Academia season 6. Gran Torino narrowly spared the two, and afterwards, they attempted to control Shigaraki by isolating his eccentricities. However, the teaser for episode 7 foreshadowed that the issue would get more problematic due to Gigantomachia’s awakening. This article summarises episode 7 of My Hero Academia season 6 and focuses on the most important moments, revealing just how devastating the war really was.

Warning: The following text may reveal plot details from the My Hero Academia anime.
Summary and excerpts from the seventh episode of My Hero Academia’s sixth season
When Shigaraki uses the Nomus, My Hero Academia episode 7 of season 6 is named “Disaster Walker,” and it opens with news helicopters filming the destruction in Jaku City and drawing parallels to the attack on Deika. While Deku, Bakugou, and Todoroki’s loved ones went about their day without knowing their heroic children were in danger, Toshinori and Eri anxiously watched the news. Even after Aizawa had locked off his eccentricities, Shigaraki handled the onslaught from Endeavor and Ryukyu with ease in Jaku City.

When Endeavor expressed surprise at finding the Nomus, the villain revealed that he had specifically calibrated Decay to save the Nomus’ capsules from destruction. While Shigaraki nonchalantly explained why he couldn’t save all the Nomus, numerous heroes battled the Nomus in the background, providing a unique new viewpoint on the conflict. An elated Garaki revealed to Present Mic that Shigaraki had altered the electrical current’s voltage using radio waves in order to enhance the Nomus’ intelligence. While these Nomus lacked the cognitive abilities of the High-Ends, they were the most advanced of the lower-end robots.

It’s Deku and Bakugou’s job to keep Aizawa safe
Episode 7 of My Hero Academia season 6 featured Gran Torino ordering Deku and Bakugou to hide so that Shigaraki wouldn’t get his hands on One For All. Deku’s analytical personality shined out as he instantly began to consider the worst-case scenario. A lot of the heroes were preoccupied with stopping the Nomus, thus they weren’t available to take on Shigaraki. The villain avoided Endeavor’s strikes for a while, but then he saw that Aizawa was getting in the way and he shifted his course to eliminate him. During this episode, Aizawa’s fierce dedication to protecting his kids is on full display, as the injured teacher challenges Shigaraki while knowing that his death would remove the last advantage the heroes have over the villain.

Before Shigaraki could reach Aizawa, Deku attacked him, having reached the same conclusion as his mentor. Since they could manage Shigaraki’s superhuman strength so long as his eccentricities were contained, he said that losing Aizawa would be the worst possible outcome. The seventh episode of My Hero Academia’s sixth season featured a team-up between Deku and Bakugou, with the former utilising Blackwhip to confine Shigaraki while the latter set off many explosions. As a result of their combined efforts, Shigaraki was dazed enough for Endeavor to safely punch him away.

Shigaraki’s physique is no match for All For One
Deku and Bakugou were asked to help Aizawa, and Endeavor, seeing the gravity of the situation, refrained from asking them any further questions. Seeing that the villain was only interested in Deku and not the other youngster, he gave Bakugou orders to guard Deku. The thought of capturing Deku and escaping crossed Shigaraki’s mind, but a shocking change began to take place within him. All for One’s voice grabbed control of his body, ripping his face apart and calling One for All his little brother. Shigaraki was taken aback, but he quickly regained his composure.

Even though he was grateful to All For One, he refused to give up his independence, and he freely stated that his mentor’s awareness was too powerful. Shigaraki told the voice to shut up after he declared his intention to outdo All For One. Avoiding the onslaught of the Gran Torino and the Endeavor, Shigaraki made a beeline towards Deku. But Bakugou approached Shigaraki from behind, using the OFA holder’s equipment to set off a massive explosion, while the OFA holder just functioned as bait. Next, Deku struck, shoving Shigaraki away toward Endeavor so that the hero could hit him with a blazing fist.

The launch of Gigantomachia
My Hero Academia’s seventh episode of season six focuses entirely on the worsening situation at Gunga Villa throughout the second half. Gigantomachia began carrying around the original League of Villains members on his back. Sceptic, who felt he had a duty to stay behind and guard Re-Destro, was taken along by Dabi nevertheless. The Pro Hero, Mt. Lady, saw the huge Gigantomachia coming and tried to stop him, but the behemoth was bigger and stronger than she was. The villain Re-Destro learned through Gigantomachia’s furious rampage that something had roused Shigaraki from his sleep earlier than usual, and he instructed all of their friends to follow Gigantomachia to their new leader’s location.

Attack on Midnight by Dabi and Mr Compress
Kamui Woods carried Midnight on his back to keep up with Mt. Lady as they fought to halt the giant’s progress. Midnight used her power to try to put Gigantomachia to sleep again, but Dabi ambushed them while they were hiding. The hero tried to assault once more, but this time Mr Compress stepped in and showered her with shards of the shattered Gunga Villa walls. The injured Midnight pondered who among the hero students could have a peculiarity that would be most useful in combating Gigantomachia, and so he summoned them.

Power is transferred to Yaoyorozu
Midnight frantically contacted the remaining hero students on Team Edgeshot in the climactic scene of the seventh episode of My Hero Academia season 6. Midnight saw Momo Yaoyorozu’s potential as a leader and gave her the task of creating sedatives and distributing them to the other heroes. She made an oblique reference to the illegality of what she was going to do and advised the students to flee if things got out of hand. As the seventh episode of My Hero Academia season, 6 came to a close, Yaomomo had taken control and was issuing instructions to her students in order to intercept Gigantomachia.

An Intro to Episode 8 of Season 6 of My Hero Academia
My Hero Academia preview for episode 8 of season 6 shows class A and B heroes joining forces to defeat Gigantomachia. They throw the tranquillizers at Gigantomachia, but the preview shows that the students are driven back by a strong windstorm, so it’s likely that their plan backfires. Next, we see Shigaraki curled up on the ground, smoke coming out of his body, as Deku and Bakugou take up a fighting stance in the preview for episode 8. League of Villains Vs. U.A. Students is the name of the upcoming eighth episode of My Hero Academia Season 6.

Here, you’ll find a synopsis of Episode 7 of Season 6 of My Hero Academia, as well as a discussion of the episode’s reception among the show’s viewers.

Fans discuss the latest episode of My Hero Academia, which pits the UA Students against Gigantomachia and Shigaraki. Episode 7 of My Hero Academia Season 6 opens with news reports on the conflict in Jaku City. It turns out that a lot of the area was wiped off, but everyone’s getting out of there okay. Gran Torino, however, has seen Nomus rising from where Dr Garaki’s lab once stood. The Pro Heroes are already up against it in their war against Shigaraki, and now Nomus has arrived to make matters much worse. Despite Endeavor and Ryuku’s best efforts, Shigaraki is able to overwhelm them with his overwhelming might when Aizawa disabled Decay. However, Shigaraki figures out what’s going on and rushes Aizawa to kill him.

Despite the impression that the Pro Heroes are running late, Midoriya and Bakugou arrive at the exact right time and immediately begin an all-out assault on Shigaraki. As a teary-eyed Professor Aizawa watches his pupils, Endeavor joins in as well, mostly to back up the two young Heroes. Meanwhile, Pro Heroes’ and students’ rear guards witness Gigantomachia emerging from his lair. After talking it over with Tomura, he’s resolved to follow his master to Jaku City come hell or high water. In the course of his recruitment, he even acquires the founding members of the League of Villains.

However, Mt. Lady steps in and tries to halt Gigantomachia, only succeeding in slowing him down because of his immense strength. Midnight tries to use her Quirk on him as well but ends up severely hurting herself in the process. Thankfully, she thinks of a solution and calls Momo to say that they’ll administer sedatives to put Gigantomachia to sleep. Both classes 1-A and 1-B opt to stay and prepare to fight Gigantomachia regardless of the presence or absence of Pro Heroes. Fans were particularly impressed by Shigaraki’s fight against Deku, Bakugou, and the others in Episode 7 of Season 6 of My Hero Academia. People are praising everything from the emphasis on the relationships to the action scenes and even the comedic moments in these scenes, which are at the centre of the episode’s discussion on social media.

Fans are also praising the episode’s voice acting, particularly from Daiki Yamashita as Deku, Junichi Suwabe as Aizawa, and Kaori Nazuka as Mt. Lady. The episode’s emotional scenes with these characters are greatly enhanced by the stellar performances of all three voice actors.
