One Piece chapter 1066 New Leaks & Spoilers, Raw Scans, Latest Leaks & More Updates

In chapter 1066 of One Piece, we learn for the first time what motivated Monkey D. Dragon to oppose the World Government and resort to violence. For the last eight hundred years, it has been illegal to study the Void Century due to restrictions put in place by the repressive government. They would go so far as to detonate entire islands if they thought it may help stop the release of such sensitive information. Those who have read up to chapter 1066 of One Piece will be reminded of the events that took place in Ohara 20 years ago. Dragon, who would later become known as the “World’s Worst Criminal,” had a deep connection to the island. By ordering Ohara’s destruction, the World Government made itself the deadliest conceivable opponent. The reasons behind this are detailed in One Piece chapter 1066.

It all begins with Dragon’s Revolutionary Army in One Piece Chapter 1066. I’m curious about this Monkey D. Dragon character. Readers need to have a basic familiarity with Dragon before diving into the events of One Piece chapter 1066. Besides being the protagonist’s father, he is also the son of the series’ namesake, Monkey D. Garp. It stands to reason that Dragon has formidable strength, according to shonen reasoning. The Will of D runs through the monkey lineage, and for reasons that aren’t quite obvious, the Celestial Dragons view its bearers as “natural adversaries of God.” Historical figures like Marshall D. Teach’s actions at Marineford are directly attributable to them.

For the Revolutionary Army, Dragon is the man at the helm. His hatred for the terrible excesses of the Celestial Dragons drove him to devote his life to destroying them. His reasoning for this action is explored in further detail in One Piece chapter 1066. Because of what happened in Ohara, Monkey D. Dragon was ready to act. After Ohara received a Buster Call in chapter 1066 of One Piece, we had a flashback involving Dragon and Vegapunk. Those people went to Clover’s island to pay their respects. Like the other Ohara academics, he gave his life so that future generations may learn about the past.

To Dragon, it was disgusting that the authorities had declared Clover a monster. He then informed Vegapunk that he had reached his limit. Dragon intended to assemble an overwhelming force capable of quickly toppling them. The motivation for forming the Revolutionary Army is detailed in One Piece chapter 1066. It should come as no surprise that the World Government’s attempts to clean up its mistakes always end badly. During the Onigashima Raid, for instance, the Five Elders had Luffy killed so that he wouldn’t use his Devil Fruit. To their surprise, they actually were the ones responsible for making it happen.

In recent years, the Revolutionary Army has been a major source of instability. A constant source of trouble for the World Government, the Revolutionary Army has been around for quite some time. Several countries were freed from Dragon and his army. Some group members also aided the Straw Hats. Before the two-year gap in history, Bartholomew Kuma deployed the Straw Hats to various training grounds across the world. They would never have been able to conquer the New World without him. It’s not out of the question that Kuma did this for Dragon’s benefit. Since then, Luffy and his gang of pirates have caused the World Government a great deal of trouble, including damaging their reputation in the city of Dressrosa. Without Dragon’s assistance with the Revolutionary Army, none of this would be possible. Whether directly or indirectly, he brought about the world-altering changes he predicted.

Detailed Synopsis and Raw Scans of One Piece Chapter 1066
On the front of One Piece Chapter 1066, we see Germa back at work. Straw-hatted characters continue to challenge Vegapunk’s characterization of Egghead as a relic from the past at the start of this chapter. Shakka admits that this is speculation in Vegapunk 01, but he elaborates on his theories by saying that an archaeologist gave him a rough notion of how this equipment dated back to the void century. To explain the true motivations for the buster call on the Island, Vegapunk starts talking about the incident that happened 22 years ago in Ohara. The local archaeologist had uncovered information about the Ancient Kingdom, which provoked the attack.

According to Vegapunk’s views, the 20-country alliance and the ancient monarchy were at war throughout the void century. In which the winning allied country destroyed all traces of the old kingdom, including its technological advancements, at the end of the conflict.
In light of the world government’s establishment following the old kingdom’s demise, any mention of that civilization would be seen as treason. Straw hats are also concerned that, now that they know something about the empty century, they will be an even greater target.

Ohara’s Desire Continues to Inspire the World
Later, Shakka describes his journey to Ohara following the global government’s strike, when he discovered that the island’s library had been emptied into a lake and had survived the buster call attack unscathed. He also describes how Ohara came to be with Clover, whose interest in the empty century drove him to travel the world and eventually settle on Ohara with a group of archaeologists. In a flashback, Robin sees archaeologists throwing books into the water as they prepare to leave Ohara Island. Further evidence of Vegapunk’s intent to bring the books back to his labs is provided; however, it would be disastrous if the authorities were aware of this and attempted to remove Vegapunk as well. Twenty-two years ago, in a flashback, we witness the original Vegapunk, together with Dragon on Ohara. The giants, headed by a captain “with wounds all over his body,” who we now know to be Jaguar D. Saul, were seen transporting the books to Elbaf.

After seeing how the government treated the people of Ohara who were fighting for freedom, Dragon became determined to create a revolutionary army, and a year later, he did just that. Vegapunk continues, saying that he went to Elbaf Island out of his insatiable curiosity and devoured every book the Ohara had kept safe. Shakka leads the men in straw hats into the inner lab and says he has something to show them.

Genuine Vegapunk Confronts Luffy
Elsewhere Luffy and his crew are still very interested in the robot in the junkyard. Luffy even calls the massive robot “Robonosuke” in an attempt to command it. Then, out of nowhere, a genuine Vegapunk materialises, sinking into the robot’s interior thanks to the weight of his boots. An elderly guy like Kinemon suddenly emerged, so Luffy dragged him out of there. Vegapunk claims he anticipated Luffy’s arrival, therefore Bonney’s rage at seeing him is justified.

Luffy and Chopper imitate Vegapunk’s boot instructions and begin floating once they observe him doing so. Thankfully, the next issue won’t be a filler and will instead include an exciting new chapter of One Piece (1067). On Sunday, November 13, 2022, the official release of One Piece Chapter 1066 will be made available, so be sure to check for and enjoy it.
