Since chapter 276 hinted at a complete reset of the timelines, fans of Tokyo Revengers have been waiting impatiently for the penultimate chapter, 277, to finally deliver a happy ending. The revelations released today not only provided further detail on this alternate timeline but also showed how the lives of some beloved characters had been changed. Considering how disappointed many readers were with the last chapter, Tokyo Revengers 277 is likely to be met with similar levels of disapproval. While it appears that mangaka Wakui intended for his work to have a happy ending, it’s safe to assume that every reader would rather have their favourite character still be alive than have any of their ties rearranged or severed.
Spoilers for Chapter 277 of Tokyo Revengers suggest the series will conclude on a positive note as a new chronology takes shape. Mikey and Takemichi learn from the raw scans that they had both times travelled. Takemichi proclaims a miracle has occurred, and the two boys, with Shinichiro, Baji, Sanzu, and Emma looking on bewilderedly, run through the streets in joyous celebration of the safe return of their loved ones. Mikey later questions Takemichi about the future as they sit on a rooftop and look out over the city.
The latter explains that he was too focused on trying to save Mikey to consider what may happen next. But now that his friend is here, he has nothing to worry about. Many pivotal events are revealed in the spoiler-filled chapter 277 of Tokyo Revenger. In addition to becoming a founding member of Toman, Takemichi also recruits Kisaki as a buddy. Haruchiyo is also present because he has no scars from their lack of falling out with Mikey. Kazutora and Baji are never punished for killing Shinichiro, and he lives. Tenjiku, who are ruled by Izana, and the Black Dragons, who are ruled by Taiju, have both joined Toman. Mikey and Takemichi, having vanquished their foes and assimilated their knowledge, enjoy the sunset together, much as Mikey did with Draken. For their second meeting as a chapter, the new Tokyo Manji Kai gathers once again at their Shrine to unveil the main members.
During the triumphant cheers of the Toman, the story jumps ahead 11 years. On July 3, 2017, the final page of Tokyo Revengers chapter 277 transports readers to a religious establishment.

Raw scans of Tokyo Revengers chapter 277 reveal the following about the birth of the next Toman:
Vice President – Draken, Acting President – Takemichi Hanagaki (Shouchou Dairi), and President – Mikey
Tetta Kisaki and Shuuji Hanma, Sanbou (Special Division)
The officers in charge of the First Division are Keisuke Baji and Chifuyu Matsuno.
Takashi Mitsuya will lead the 2nd Division, and Hakkai Shiba will serve as his vice-captain.

Kazutora Hanemiya, Captain of the Fourth Division

Izana Kurokawa commanded the 8th Division, with Kakucho as his vice-captain. Other prominent members were the Haitani Brothers, Kanji Mochizuki, Yasuhiro Muto, Shion Madarame, and perhaps the remainder of Tenjiku.
Observations
In Tokyo Revengers, Takemichi and Mikey’s simultaneous time travel is described as a “miracle,” but no more explanation is given. Raw scans show that the chapter doesn’t show how Mikey and Takemichi saved their buddies either, although readers may probably guess that. Kazutora’s resistance to the Dark Impulses certainly saved Shinichiro’s life. Haruchiyo and Senju’s decision to abandon their family names is puzzling, given that they never explained themselves (Sanzu and Kawaragi, respectively). While the names Emma and Yuzuha appear, Akane Inui is conspicuously absent.
The fate of Akane is uncertain, as both Koko and Inupi had joined the Back Dragons and, eventually, Toman. It appears that the wedding between Takemichi and Hinata is set up on the final page of Tokyo Revengers chapter 277. Due to Kisaki’s presence, it’s hard to tell if the dynamic between Hina and Takemichi has changed or remained the same in this alternate reality. The Mizo Middle Five were also noticeably absent. A better understanding of these topics, I hope, will be provided by the official translation.
