Recap of Chapter 736
Kingdom This chapter 736 began with a flashback. The evidence showed that Kanki had ordered his soldiers to swim downstream so they wouldn’t be captured. Aside from that, he had 10 of his men make phoney footprints to throw off the trail. This also occurred in Riboku’s private quarters. Due to the tracks, the guys had lost track of Kanki. Even the word that Gian’s fortress had been destroyed reached the commander. When we last left Kanki, he was making his way into the Gian castle.
Kanki stated that disassembling was necessary on his journey to the castle. And so, the long-awaited strategy meeting finally got underway. Not enough captives were taken, therefore Riboku could not be controlled by them. When the chapter ended, General Heki was inspiring his troops with the promise that they would fight to the death to protect the Sekirei.
Kingdom Chapter 737: Expectations and Spoilers
The next chapter has not yet had its plot summary or raw scans made public. Starting in the following chapter, we will pick up where we left off with the strategic meeting. It’s clear that feelings between Shin and Kanki have soured. There appears to be no common ground between these two in this fight. Therefore, the tension will increase in the next plot development.
The new chapter of the Kingdom will pick up right where the previous one left off. Furthermore, Zhao’s only realistic option is to fortify Sekirei Castle. General Heki is on high alert. But he has to deal with two armies at once. Except Riboku has done nothing but stew over the story’s developments. So, if the commander wants to free Zhao from his perpetual servitude, he better strap up!
Kingdom Chapter 737: Release Date
After a brief hiatus, the latest chapter is now available again. Extreme health problems were plaguing the author. It appears, however, that he has resumed his employment duties. That means the most recent chapter will be out as scheduled. Kingdom Chapter 737 will therefore be published for the last time on October 30, 2022. Only on Kodansha’s official sites will readers be able to catch up on all the chapters.
When it comes to running the kingdom, Riboku has surely disappointed many. Zhao had faith in the guy to repel the Qin invasion. Even though they were outnumbered, Shin and Kanki were able to destroy the Gian stronghold. The next step for everyone involved is to destroy Sekirei Castle. Still, that section of Zhao is under the watchful eye of General Heki. Does this mean Kanki plans to rule over all of the kingdoms? The next plot will reveal the next tactic that has been kept under wraps thus far. In this battle, Kanki will not be spectating. Instead, he’ll be on the front lines against Zhao’s demons. Is Zhao’s wartime insurgency now over?
