Recap of Episode 1036
Previously in One Piece, Chopper kept fighting Queen as Luffy drowned in the water in episode 1036. Although, following his captain’s loss, he appeared dejected. After Bao Huang’s statement, nobody could believe Onigashima. Others, like Chopper, were unable to believe it. Concurrently, Onigashima had made it to the mainland, not far from Wano Country. While the samurai were about to give up, the Nine Red Scabbards rallied them to fight against Kaidou.
Although Izou, Kawamatsu, and Sanji all mourned Luffy’s passing, they did so in various ways. After defeating Chopper on the Live Floor, Queen was going to bite him until Sanji intervened. Sanji kicked Queen so hard that she reeled back and forth, trying to get her bearings. After Chopper is hurt, Sanji advises him to have faith in Luffy and sends Zoro to tend to him. When he confronted Queen, he wasted no time engaging her in combat. The fight between Kin’emon and Kaidou was going poorly above ground level. But despite his wounds, he kept fighting. When Kaidou stabbed Kin’emon again, he reflected on Momonosuke’s support.
One Piece Episode 1037: Spoilers & Expectations
Kaidou went back to Onigashima after his victory over Luffy. Even though Kin’emon made an effort to halt Kaidou, he was ultimately unsuccessful. On the other hand, he purchased some time for Momonosuke and Shinobu to get word to their other teammates about the Emperor. Even while it appeared like Luffy had been lost, things would soon alter. As Luffy prepares to regain consciousness, his focus returns to defeating Kaidou. In the meanwhile, supporters will have to be patient.
The trailer for One Piece Episode 1037 shows the captain continuing to sink, so Luffy won’t wake up any time soon. His other soldiers will keep fighting with Queen and Kaidou in the meanwhile. In regards to Queen, he will keep fighting Sanji. It will get worse and more severe than expected. Their adversaries, however, will remain under the impression that Luffy has perished. All eyes will be on Nami as the Animal Kingdom Pirate continues to combat Big Mom despite suffering serious injuries.
