Expectations from One Piece Chapter 1064
Oda’s spectacular run of mind-blowing chapters in One Piece 1064 will continue when the Wano Country arc concludes, and after the last chapter ended with Law and Blackbeard squaring off, readers are understandably pumped. In last week’s chapter, readers got a deeper look at the laws of Egghead Island and the conflict between Yonko Blackbeard and the Heart Pirates in the New World. Fans saw the team employ their newfound Devil Fruit abilities to defeat Law and his gang, providing an exciting look at the crew’s development. Strong as they were, they were not enough to make a significant impact against Law, but the chapter ended with a fantastic standoff between Law and Blackbeard, which One Piece 1064 will hopefully continue.
Blackbeard vs. the Law, or, One Piece, Episode 1064
It’s safe to assume that the battle between Law and Blackbeard will carry on in One Piece 1064, as it’s what most viewers are looking forward to seeing. Because of his transformation into a Yonko, Blackbeard hasn’t been able to show his true might to his audience. There was no depiction of his assault on Amazon Lily or his subsequent Grudge War against Marco and the other Whitebeard Pirates. There is still some mystery around his true abilities. Fans may get a chance to see Yonko Blackbeard in all his terrifying glory in One Piece 1064.
At the same time, viewers will see Law’s incredible growth in strength following his battle with Big Mom. Law had already admitted in the prior chapter that his battle with Big Mom and Kaido has taught him a great deal. In the same chapter when Law utilised his Haki to counter a Devil Fruit power, he also exhibited one of these other methods. Perhaps the next episode will show how much more he has learned from the two Yonko. Oda gets the rare chance to show off a massive battle to set the tone for the final chapter as the two giants square off. It’s unclear if the entire battle will be shown or if some of it will take place behind the scenes.
What Happened at Rocky Port, One Piece Episode 1064
In that gap time between the two years, the Rocky Port Incident was a noteworthy occurrence. It is well knowledge that Koby, Blackbeard, and Law were pivotal figures in the drama that unfolded at Rocky Port. It’s interesting that all three of these people have been in the spotlight recently. Koby was taken hostage by Blackbeard in chapter 1059, and readers had previously witnessed Blackbeard ambush Law.
Blackbeard will probably bring up the Rocky Port Incident in the next chapter, as it is common knowledge that Law was the mastermind behind that incident and that Blackbeard used it to his advantage in becoming Yonko. Fans certainly know a good deal about this tragedy, but what exactly happened on the island all those years ago is still a mystery. The events of that day may be explained in further detail by one of the characters in One Piece 1064. Because of the path Oda chooses to pursue with the confrontation between Law and Yonko Blackbeard, readers should expect a chapter that is heavy on exposition.
Chapter 1064: More Action on Egghead Island
Fans shouldn’t get too caught up in the epic battle between Law and Blackbeard because this is still the Egghead Island storyline. So, the Straw Hat Pirates will eventually return to Egghead Island, where they’re now visiting Dr Vegapunk. Luffy met Atlas and was attacked by a Pacifista who pretended to be a police officer on Egghead Island, and Zoro and his party confronted Lilith and made a demand of her. Most significantly, Bonney has told Luffy that Kuma is her father. Oda, who very narrowly avoided being captured by the Pacifista in the last chapter, now plans to add more agony to Bonney’s account of how Bartholomew Kuma was changed by his imprisonment and subsequent metamorphosis.
There’s a good chance that fans will see a flashback of the two of them and that Bonney will provide more information about Kuma’s background. The nature of his relationship with Bonney and how he came to be used as a guinea pig by the World Government and Vegapunk are both mysteries at this point. Because of his prominence in the arc, Bonney will undoubtedly let the readers in on all the details, and likely will do so in One Piece 1064.
When Can We Expect Chapter 1064 of One Piece?
The current volume of One Piece is not on hiatus. The next issue of Weekly Shounen Jump, published by Shueisha, will thus feature the continuation of the serial.
