According to Deadline, the movie will be a live-action original that is unrelated to any of the company’s other works of media. The next film may be a fascinating project for people to look out for when it ultimately makes its appearance at some point in the future because Disney is adapting a number of classic stories in a science fiction scenario.
The movie’s plot will probably become more clear as production on the project progresses. There has been no official announcement about the movie’s theatrical release or Disney+ exclusivity. With the 1992 release of Aladdin, which starred Robin Williams as the voice of the Genie and is still a defining masterpiece from the company’s animated repertoire, Disney previously adapted one of the many well-known tales from One Thousand and One Nights.
Several direct-to-video sequels, an animated series, and a live-action remake starring Mena Massoud, Naomi Scott, and Will Smith were all produced as a result of the movie’s success and were all released in 2019.
