In October of 2022, fans of Masashi Kishimoto and Mikio Ikemoto’s famous monthly shonen manga Boruto: Naruto Next Generations will be treated to the next chapter in the series. Fans are left wondering what will happen to the shinobi of Konoha and the formidable enemies they will face after Chapter 73, titled A Special Mission, in which Shikimaru explains the present scenario to Team 7 and Sumire. When will Boruto Chapter 74 be available?
Typically, a new chapter of the Boruto: Naruto Next Generations manga is released once a month, and its upcoming publication is expected in the next few days.
On Thursday, October 20, 2022, Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Chapter 74 will be made available online.
On Thursday night, at Midnight JST, we will publish Chapter 74.
The English-language versions of Chapter 74 are expected to go live on the web at the following times (but may go up earlier):
Thursday, October 20 at 9 a.m. in the Pacific Time Zone; Thursday, October 20 at 11 a.m. in the Central Time Zone; Thursday, Chapter 74 of Boruto will be posted at noon on Thursday, October 20 (5:00 PM Thursday, October 20 in the United Kingdom).
Spoilers: Is there a chance Eida and Kawaki may cross paths?
No significant spoilers for Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Chapter 74 have been revealed by Shueisha or Viz Media, however, a colourful teaser for Chapter 73 has been posted by V-Jump. Shikimaru’s scene with Team 7 in which he explains their present predicament, the threats they face (including Code and Eida), and the unique task for Boruto and Kawaki to live with Eida in Konoha for her protection took up the bulk of Chapter 73.
It’s possible that Code and his army of Ten-Tails humanoid beings will advance against Konoha in Chapter 74, which will feature more action-packed sequences. It’s likely that Amado, Eida, and Daemon will visit Konoha.
Chapter 74 of Boruto: Where to Find It
When it becomes available, Boruto Chapter 74 will be available on Viz Media and Manga Plus. The first three & last three chapters are available without a subscription to Shonen Jump, but if you want to read the rest of the story you’ll need to pay Viz Media’s low monthly fee of only $1.99. Similarly, if you are a subscriber to MangaPlus, you may read the most recent chapter for free.
