The release of Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 199 is imminent. In the last chapter’s climax, Maki gained a substantial advantage. Naoya, the cursed spirit, was ultimately sent out, elevating her status to that of Toji Fushiguro. The status of Yuji and Megumi will probably be updated in Chapter 199. The spoilers have revealed more about “Angel” Hana Kusuru and the “King of Curses” Ryomen Sukuna.
After Gojo was locked up, the Jujutsu World was in shambles, but Angel may be their saviour. This piece discusses her significance in Jujutsu Kaisen and why she is so vital to Yuji and Gojo.
Possible plot spoilers for Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 199
So why is Angel so crucial to Yuji and Gojo?
Understanding Hana Kusuru is made easier by reading Chapter 199 of Jujutsu Kaisen. She acts as Yuji’s conduit for Angel. When Hana is questioned about who she is, a mouth appears on her face, and with it, a sight of Angel. Angel is the name the tongue gives itself. It states its intention to eliminate all reincarnated characters. The reason for this is that the vessels are either tamed or killed throughout the reincarnation process.
That sort of thing violates the rules of nature. Angel eventually decides to aid in Gojo’s release in exchange for payment. To help her battle the “Fallen Angel,” she begs for their help. She calls Megumi her “Man of Destiny,” but she doesn’t elaborate on why. In a subsequent appearance, Sukuna reveals his true identity as the eponymous “Fallen Angel.”
It’s possible that Gojo and Yuji’s lives will depend on whether or not Angel comes over to their side. In the Jujutsu Kaisen series, Gojo has been shut away for a total of 978 days. Time stands still in the Prison Realm, as was said before.
But as Geto points out, the sealing process doesn’t finish immediately, so there is still hope for his freedom. The destiny of the Jujutsu World and humanity hangs in the balance as the Gojo creatures are imprisoned. Megumi went to Tengen for help with the Gojo situation in Chapter 145 of Jujutsu Kaisen. Tengen mentioned a hidden entrance to the Realm. Only the Black Rope or the Inverted Spear of Heaven (which counteracts all cursed methods) can unlock this hidden door (disrupts and cancels cursed technique effects).
However, these creatures are now completely extinct. To eliminate the latter and protect himself from Miguel, Gojo may have destroyed or sealed the former. With Angel, though, there is hope that everything will turn out okay in the end. Angel is able to put an end to any curse by using her own cursed technique. If successful, this may be the key to breaking Gojo’s seal. Like Hana Kusuru, he has come to Yuji as the vessel of Sukuna. At the beginning of the Jujutsu Kaisen series, he ingests Sukuna’s finger and has access to an immense store of cursed energy.
The Jujutsu Society sought to eliminate Yuji on the grounds that he posed a serious threat if Sukuna were to get control of him. However, Gojo came to his aid and is now transforming him into a jujutsu wizard. Sixteen of the Demon King’s fingers have been ingested by Yuji thus far. Sukuna could certainly do some significant harm with this. Now that Angel is on their side, it just could be the key to rescuing Yuji. A “Fallen Angel” is a powerful being that Angel hopes to vanquish. Ryomen Sukuna is the identity of this person or thing.
If their showdown in Jujutsu Kaisen does occur, Angel may have the upper hand because of her ability to counteract the Demon King’s cursed moves. The group would then have a fighting chance to rescue Yuji and eliminate Sukuna for good. However, if only it were that simple. As nothing is known about Angel’s skills, the outcome of a fight with the “King of Curses” is anyone’s guess. Neither Angel nor her skills have been fully explored. It is said that she is a powerful sorceress who has been active for over a millennium ago. Because of her cursed technique, she is immune to other cursed methods. The problem is that our understanding of that is restricted as well. Even more so, Sukuna, the enemy she seeks to vanquish, is no easy foe.
New Updates for Chapter 199
In the last moments of Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 198, Maki used her newfound strength to exorcise Naoya once and for all and prove that she belonged in the same tier of fighters as Toji. The conclusion of the Sakurajima Colony storyline was anticipated by readers, and the next chapter will provide an update on Yuji and Megumi’s situation. Spoilers for Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 199 have been posted online, revealing shocking facts concerning Hana Kurusu and Sukuna and leading to a number of speculations as to what could happen next.
Jujutsu Kaisen spoilers for chapter 199
Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 199 spoilers reveal that Megumi first awakes in a hotel room. Hana Kurusu is there, too, staring out the window in her robe and glass of wine in Yuji’s hand.
Spoilers show that Takaba is also present; he has recently returned from a search for food in the region. The collective score is 359, and the date is 11/14/17. Next, Noritoshi Kamo’s mother explains to him in a flashback why she called him “Noritoshi,” implying that he has a sibling who has yet to be introduced to the series.
The “Angel” Hana Kurusu is unveiled as the story shifts back to the Tokyo No. 1 Colony. All of Yuji’s discoveries of Megumi and Hana Kurusu may be traced back to the raw scans. When Yuji first meets Takaba, the latter has just witnessed a flying Hana transport an unconscious Megumi. They locate her and check into a motel as a group of four. The four characters’ relationship is illuminated by the spoilers; Hana, Yuji, and Takaba laugh off Megumi’s warnings to be careful.
Similar responses were given when the Ten-Shadows user expressed gratitude to his rescuers. The raw scans for Chapter 199 of Jujutsu Kaisen shed additional light on Hana’s moniker and skills. Whenever she is asked her name, she gets a mouth on her cheek, the same as Sukuna does whenever she appears on Yuji’s face. The mouth identifies itself as Angel and starts to explain why it saved Megumi before Hana cuts it off. When asked why they want to wipe off reincarnated players, Angel says that it’s because reincarnation frequently results in the vessels being subdued or murdered, which defies natural law.
If they can assist Hana to vanquish the “Fallen Angel,” she’ll work with them to free Satoru Gojo from the Prison Realm. Without providing any further context, she describes Megumi as her “guy of destiny.” Spoilers for the upcoming chapter 199 of Jujutsu Kaisen hint at Sukuna’s possible comeback to the show. Yuji informs the King of Curses that seeing Sukuna in his natural environment makes him sick in the leaked panels. Sukuna ridicules him, calling him a dummy, and reveals that he is the “Fallen Angel” they must vanquish in order to release Gojo from his seal.
Some Closing Remarks
The situation in Jujutsu Kaisen 199 quickly worsens. Since Gojo is helpless to help anybody now that he has eaten fifteen fingers, Sukuna has almost no one to fight against. Hana calls Megumi her “man of destiny,” foreshadowing the confrontation that would occur between him and Sukuna. The abilities Hana possesses herself also hint at the potential for other cursed spirit vessels to overcome Sukuna. Noritoshi’s memory lapse and the potential existence of a second sibling hint at the entrance of a new character in the show.
Leaked Spoilers for Chapter 199
Alleged leaks for Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 199 show that beloved character Megumi Fushiguro and newcomer Yuji Itadori share the limelight. Fans are ecstatic about the return of these two characters, even if the events surrounding their homecoming are equally noteworthy. Even though the rest of Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 199 centres around other characters, Maki Zenin and Noritoshi Kamo’s early appearances in the issue are mostly neglected.
It is evident that fans are looking forward to the return of Megumi and Yuji to the series’ main emphasis, despite the fact that the show has been consistently outstanding even without them. Keep reading as I discuss in detail the fandom’s response to Yuji and Megumi’s reappearance and touch on general spoilers for Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 199.
In Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 199, the cost of taking the first decisive move toward liberating Gojo is high. Although there is currently no text synopsis for Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 199 spoilers, the raw scans have been leaked to Twitter by trusted members of the series’ fandom.
From what I can see from these scans, the first half of the issue centres on Maki Zenin and Noritoshi Kamo, with an emphasis on Noritoshi’s early life and origins. Some readers have taken a loose interpretation of a discussion between a young Noritoshi and his mother on several pages to mean that Noritoshi has a brother. Nonetheless, Chapter 199 of Jujutsu Kaisen switches viewpoints, and this flashback takes readers halfway through the issue.
Afterwards, the reader is presented with a scene in a hotel room, where Megumi Fushiguro, Yuji Itadoria, Hana Kurusu, and Fumihiko Takaba are reminiscing about their time in the Culling Game. As the characteristic little mouth began to sprout on other portions of her body and talk independently of her, it became clear that Kurusu had consumed at least one Sukuna finger. Eventually, the conversation shifts to Gojo and Kurusu’s assistance in freeing him, and it’s revealed that she’ll only aid if “the Fallen Angel” is vanquished.
The conclusion of Chapter 199 of Jujutsu Kaisen reveals that the aforementioned Fallen Angel is really Ryomen Sukuna. While much of the attention has been on Yuji and Megumi’s overall homecoming, this is a crucial discovery that has to be addressed. Since there is currently no known method of beating Sukuna, Yuji would have to devour all 20 fingers and be executed before Gojo is opened. However, there may be another approach that does not result in Yuji’s death before Gojo is saved. Itadori might be able to convince Kurusu to aid them before conquering Sukuna if he assures him he can die with honour once Kenjaku is vanquished.
It’s possible that Sukuna’s spirit can be exorcised without letting him have full possession of Yuji’s body. In addition to establishing a new struggle in battling and exorcising Sukuna, this would also release Gojo, save Yuji’s life, and grant Kurusu’s wish. Nothing has been confirmed by the official release of the series, not even the rumoured raw scans of Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 199. Not only that, but it’s quite unlikely that any language translations will reveal the precise course of this storyline until the official scans are released. Fans will just have to keep reading to find out what happens in subsequent issues.
