Observations
In chapter 367 of My Hero Academia, Deku’s reaction to Katsuki’s position, although still very violent, is significantly more subdued. In addition to Mirio’s reassurances and the boy’s apparent growth in maturity, Horikoshi’s tempo is also a major factor. The entire sequence of Deku recognising the situation, digesting it, and reacting takes place within three pages of the manga. Some could counter that rather than internalising the fact, Deku has just put it in a separate box for the time being. This is evidence of his maturation since his brief stint as a vigilante, and it also reveals the impact the OFA Users have had on him. Instead of letting his sadness for his lost friends and mentors get in the way of his work, as was the case during the PLF conflict, he is now able to focus on his responsibilities.
It’s also worth noting that in My Hero Academia Chapter 367, when the remnants materialise behind Deku, Yoichi isn’t one among them. In spite of some haziness brought on by the raw scans, neither the First User nor All Might can be seen lurking behind Izuku on the last page. Yoichi probably doesn’t want to confront his brother while he’s still in the body of someone Yoichi still associates with their childhood, even if Toshinori is still alive. While we’re on the subject of young people, notice how Deku’s attention is drawn to the All Might card next to Katsuki. If anything, this will just deepen his sense of loss and the nagging guilt he feels as a result of his saviour complex. Further evidence of this is seen in chapter 367 of My Hero Academia, when he inquires of Shigaraki/AFO regarding Tomura, presumably still hoping to save the little kid he saw during the PLF fight.

To quickly recap, the last chapter marked Deku’s return after an extended absence in the manga. While this was happening, the Pro Heroes were slowing the All-For-One-controlled Shigaraki, which appears to have led to Bakugo’s death. Through this chapter’s prologue, we learn in flashback how Deku arrived on the battlefield. After he arrived, he kicked AFO-Shigaraki quite hard. After apologising to the heroes, Deku turns around and sees Bakugo, who appears to be dead holding All Might’s card. It’s no surprise that this infuriates Deku, as similar situations have arisen in prior story cycles. Deku has always been concerned about Bakugo, and in recent arcs, Bakugo has demonstrated his own feelings for Deku. In addition to the emotional impact, the fact that Deku is unaware of the intention to resurrect Bakugo via Edgeshot heightens the gravity of the situation. Deku’s anger may seem like terrible news for AFO-Shigaraki, but he eventually shows that it really works perfectly into his scheme. But before Deku can direct his wrath against AFO-Shigaraki, Mirio emerges from the earth to reassure him.
The heroes will be OK, Mirio says, since Edgeshot is transplanting new organs into Bakugo.
Mirio keeps on affirming Deku while AFO-Shigaraki ignores it. Finally, Deku asks AFO-Shigaraki, “All for One, is Shigaraki still there?” after apologising to Mirio. In the final panel, we see Deku standing with the other people who use One For All behind him. Even though he’s still furious, it appears like he’s learning to control his emotions rather than letting them control him. The events of this chapter set the stage for what promises to be the series’ final showdown between Deku and AFO-Shigaraki in the following chapter.

Chapter 367 of My Hero Academia was eagerly anticipated since it would reveal Deku’s thoughts on the dire situation facing the U.A. and the pro-heroes, notably Bakugo. While this chapter lives up to expectations, mangaka Horikoshi surprises by playing down the “feral Deku” theme. The focus of My Hero Academia chapter 367, on the other hand, is on Izuku’s maturation and the ways in which his outlook has changed since the last time he and Shigaraki crossed paths. It also shows how the hero has been shaped by his fellow OFA devotees and how he continues to look up to All Might.
The spoilers and raw scans for Chapter 367 of My Hero Academia reveal that Deku has learned to manage his anger and is determined to locate Shigaraki within AFO. Spoilers state that Deku faces off against AFO in chapter 367 of My Hero Academia. At the beginning of this chapter, we see Deku’s past encounter with the American planes above the ocean. The pilots told him that they had chosen to place their faith in All Might’s successor after learning of Star and Stripe’s decision to do so. They disregarded their instructions to watch over U.A. in order to offer Deku a ride, seeing as how they were already disobeying by remaining in Japan. Mirio is relieved to see Deku in the present, and he promptly uses another Smash to knock Shigaraki off the stage. Since their previous battle, the youngster has clearly improved in strength, and AFO/Shigaraki observes that he is modelling himself after the Third User of OFA. Deku, upon realising how everyone else is doing, begins to profusely apologise for his tardiness.
Seeing Katsuki dead and the All Might card next to it shocks him even more. Izuku looks at Tamaki, Nejire, and Mirko’s damaged corpses and feels an increasing sense of terror. If he’s late, Shigaraki/AFO pokes fun at him by wondering what reason he’d provide and if he’d blame Toga. Blackwhip winds itself around him like a whip, and, as predicted, he begins to lose control of his personality idiosyncrasies. In any case, Mirio manages to get a touch with him and reassure him that everything is OK and that Edgeshot is now fixing Bakugo’s body. While Shigaraki/AFO dismisses Mirio’s comments as mere platitudes, Deku recalls that All Might have always held that it is a hero’s responsibility to make hypocritical virtue a reality. He also recalls that Daigoro Banjo warned him to learn to master his emotions.
The protagonist with green hair regains composure and refocuses on the mission at hand, promising an apology after he has achieved victory. As OFA’s shadow fell upon him, Deku wrapped Blackwhip around his neck like a scarf and asked the villain whether or not Shigaraki was still inside.
