Due to a month-long break in the Japanese manga, fans of Dragon Ball Super will have to wait a few more days for Chapter 88. During this time off, manga creators Akira Toriyama and Toyotaro have been working on the next chapter in the series. In October of 2022, the next chapter will begin, and it will span a brand new arc. To all intents and purposes, Chapter 87 marked the conclusion of Dragon Ball Super. Tokiya’s Dragon Ball Super is the follow-up to his first manga of the same name. Ten years after Goku and his companions defeated Majin Buu, this story follows their exploits.
It has been four years since MajinBuu was defeated. Goku has settled down with his family and friends to pursue farming. When threats to Earth, including Beerus, Whis, and others, arrive, however, Goku becomes the Super Saiyan God, fights, and defeats his foes in order to protect Earth. Featuring the dramatic plots and brand new characters introduced in the “Granolah the Survivor” arc, Dragon Ball Super Chapter 88 will be a must-watch for fans of the series. To honour Goku’s dad, Bardock, the newest chapter adds a new character named Granolah. In Dragon Ball Super Chapter 86, Goku and Granolah are successful in their battle against Gas.
Still, Granolah refrains from murdering Gas and instead has Oil and Maki bring him back. It’s never in his nature to seek vengeance. Towards the end of the chapter, Granolah begins coughing up blood and nearly collapses. He is aware of the fact that his time left on earth is limited. Thankfully, Granolah is saved by Monaito, who immediately begins to heal her.
Although Monaito can heal Granolah with his own strength, he realises that his efforts will be much enhanced if they are combined with those of Goku and Vegeta.
Monaito, however, has chest pains from Gas, which knocks him out cold. Frieza, Elec, and Maki leave Earth as the story concludes. Monaito regains consciousness with the assistance of Whis.
