Noritoshi was on his deathbed after fighting Naoya and his counterattack proved difficult. But in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 195, he’ll get some backup. Is this going to be enough to get rid of Naoya and save Maki? It’s still not obvious at this time. The good news is that this will allow Noritoshi a chance to unwind and plan his next move. It will also aid in tiring out Naoya. To see what happens next, we must wait. The Sakurajima Colony arc will carry on in the subsequent plot. Noritoshi isn’t giving up on his fight against Naoya. But with Maki’s help, he’ll be able to recover and regain his abilities. In the meanwhile, the identities of the two people will be revealed, along with an analysis of their involvement in the upcoming conflict.
Recap of last Chapter 194
Naoya had previously called his cousin Maki Zenin a juvenile and weak in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 194. When Naoya proposed questioning Maki’s late twin sister Mai, Maki retaliated with mockery. It made Maki very angry, and she tried to reason with Naoya, but she soon realised he was in a stronger position. A short while later, however, Noritoshi Kamo showed up there to assist in Maki’s defence against the evil spirit. When Noritoshi punched Naoya, he cast Blood Manipulation. Naoya, though, seems shocked by all the blood.
Soon he discovered it was Noritoshi’s own blood. While fighting Naoya, Noritoshi manipulated the blood so that he could re-inject it into his body, a fact that Naoya eventually caught on to. But he did everything he could to keep Noritoshi from getting bored. Noritoshi, however, saw the danger and ordered Maki to flee the colony while he diverted Naoya’s attention. Maki said no because she was afraid leaving would cause Noritoshi’s death. However, he warned her that if she did not, they would both perish due to her injuries. Her internal organs were harmed by Naoya’s attack.
Maki, though, was accepting of the situation and assured everyone that she would recover. A while later, she did the math and said that their odds of winning were 2 out of 8. As expected, Noritoshi soon employed his curse technique to establish a grid-like arrangement to protect himself from Naoya. But then, two others barged in and disrupted the conversation.
Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 195: Spoilers
Chapter 194 ends with the last appearance of the new players who have joined the Culling Game in flashback. Daidou Hagane, a resident of the Sakurajima Colony, appears to be the katana-wielding assassin. Miyo Rokujuushi is a sumo fanatic from Miyazaki Prefecture. Daidou, thinking he is a reincarnated sorcerer with ties to Kenjaku, would act as though he is startled by the lack of swords in modern Japan.
His anger was clearly sparked by a plastic toy sword. Miyo was also upset because no one would challenge him to a sumo match. Miyo breaks into a residence after hearing the sounds of a sumo battle and demands to know where the action is. A member of staff fills him in on the fact that it’s taking place in Tokyo’s Ryogoku stadium. Before Maki’s intervention in the Sakurajima Colnoy arc, Noritoshi was still assaulting Naoya.
Daidou was thrilled by this; when he clutched Maki’s blade, she sensed an evil presence. Daidou cuts a gash in the earth when he swings at Naoya but misses. When Daidou attacks Naoya, he does so without the aid of cursed spirits, and Naoya is stunned. A few memories of Toji and Maki together surface later, and Maki understands she has to distance herself from Toji.
