Even the potent new Maki cannot escape the influence of Naoya’s curse spirit. He informs her that he has learnt new things in this cursed form that is easier to employ and he also taunts her about Mai. Noritoshi interrupts with his arrows which enables Maki to escape away from the cursed spirit and get up. Since Noritoshi does not have any blood bags he starts utilising his own blood for his blood manipulation method. If she stays in the colony, he says, she will die, and the colony can’t afford to lose her. Maki informs him that she will be OK after five minutes of repose, despite the fact that she has suffered damage to several internal organs.
Noritoshi compares Maki’s departure to that of Toji Fushiguro, and the latter’s decision to conceal her own presence. It is certain that Noritoshi will die at Naoya’s hands, yet he fights valiantly to the end. He utilises every ounce of his blood and battles the afflicted spirit without losing ground. He often thinks back on his mother and father. If Noritoshi couldn’t rise to the position of clan chief, he figures the least he can do is devote his life to fighting with his friends. Then, two more people appear, one shouting “Sumo” and the other “Katana.” The scuffle of the colony warriors will continue in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 195, which will be published in the upcoming edition of the shonen jump the following week.
It seemed evident that we were going to see more than one character fight in the new colonies. Despite Maki and Kamo’s initial claims that they had eliminated all curse spirits and curse users, more of both groups still exist. In the last episode, we saw not one, but two new curse users enter the battle between Naoya’s curse and Kamo, which will continue until Maki regains or develops enough strength to beat Naoya. With the addition of these two new personalities, the likelihood that the Sakurajima Colony will continue down the same path is much greater. Two of the new combatants’ focuses are introduced in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 195. Both “Sumo” and “Katana” are the only words now available in the new characters.
Everything has been mentioned by both of them. It may be their names or it could be a sentence, but we have no idea. If they are both curse users, though, we should expect new cursed tactics and, eventually, Domain Expainsons. We can also assume that thanks to their interception, Noritisho will be spared and will be able to return to the fray.
