Nonetheless, Kaiser and Kunigami had other intentions. He made a breakthrough with his meta-vision theory and then nailed the technique in the middle of the game, allowing him to conjure up the ideal shot.
Spoilers for the following chapter, however, reveal that this is not the case at all. In the upcoming plot, viewers will get a glimpse of Kunigami and Kaiser’s original intentions. By tying the score, the latter put matters into his own hands. However, the former was always there for him.

Isagi reached his destination after some of the greatest action-oriented panels. Isagi realised he had to stop thinking of himself as the hero and start seeing himself as a movable piece in a greater strategy.
And so he did, planting his foot on the ball and preparing for the decisive kick. But he could see that his mind was operating at a level of intensity that not even he could contain. He also complimented his own ability to take in so much data simultaneously. At the end of the chapter, Isagi uses meta vision to see the perfect goal piece. Unfortunately, we couldn’t see the conclusion since the chapter had to stop.

“Rebirth” will be the title of the next instalment in the Blue Lock series. In the next chapter’s prologue, Isagi will reportedly insist that he can get by without setting up any traps. All he needed was a few seconds of luck to get the ball inside the net. But the years passed, and Isagi’s shooting class was no more. The direction of the ball had changed and was now being directed toward the left post.
But then Kunigami stepped in and made the game-winning play. The Bastard Munchens will emerge victorious with a 2-1 final score. However, the way his life has turned out may not sit well with Yoichi. He was desperate to put the ball in the back of the net. Even if the Bastard Muchens come out on top in Blue Lock chapter 185, this decision will likely cause tension among the squad members.
