Updated Photos Show Kaley Cuoco and Pete Davidson’s Romantic “Meet Cute”, Release Date, Cast, Synopsis & Everything you need to know

In the new Peacock film Meet Cute, Kaley Cuoco and Pete Davidson are once again taking the spotlight. The romantic comedy set in the past will make its streaming debut in the fall. Peacock released sneak peek photos of the film’s set and cast in advance of its debut.
These fresh photos focus on Cuoco and Davidson and take fans on a visual journey through their blossoming romance.

Each of the photographs depicts the two on a date, which takes place in the evening, albeit the dates themselves are likely different. Along the way, they’ll see a variety of picturesque sites and illuminated city streets. The images reveal nothing about the film’s narrative, but they do promise an attractive visual experience. In the film Meet Cute, portrayed by Cuoco and Davidson, respectively, the protagonist Sheila and Gary fall in love at first sight.

Sheila has a time machine and has been using it to again experience the moment they first met and fell in love, making it appear as though fate was truly on their side. Noga Pnueli (The Last Days of TJ Staggs), making her feature screenwriting debut with Meet Cute, wrote the script and Alex Lehmann (Paddleton, Blue Jay) directed it. Along with Weed Road Pictures, producers include Akiva Goldsman, Rachel Reznick Wizenberg, Gregory Lessans, Santosh Govindaraju, and Dan Reardon.

Cuoco, Davidson, Pnueli, Blair Ward, Art Robinson, Anders Erdén, Sara Shaak, Jonathan Taylor, Simon Fawcett, Martin Sprock, Brian O’Shea, Nat McCormick, Galen Smith, Marc Danon, Julia Kroll, Monte Lipman, Dana Sano, David Gendron, and Ali Jazayeri are all executive producers.

Lehmann made the following comment in regards to the movie. “Right now, if I had a time machine, I’d be conflicted about which direction to go. Do I fast-forward to the day the film is finally released, or do I reminisce about how much fun its production was? Happily, I don’t get a say in this matter. This whirlwind of a love story is only available on Peacock, and I can’t wait for viewers to get swept up in it.”

NBCUniversal Entertainment, Television, and Streaming Executive Vice President of Content Acquisition Val Boreland said: “In the Fall, Peacock will release an original film entitled “Meet Cute,” and we couldn’t be more excited. As Peacock’s library of films grows to include options for every type of viewer and event, this is the ideal addition.”
On Wednesday, September 21st, Peacock will air the series premiere of Meet Cute.
