Warner Bros. has unveiled a new motion poster for Olivia Wilde’s next directorial feature, Don’t Worry Darling, on the film’s official Twitter page, further whetting fans’ appetites. Alice (Florence Pugh) and Jack Chambers (Tom Hopper) are the protagonists of this psychological thriller set in the ideal city of Victory (Harry Styles). The peace and tranquilly of their idyllic community are threatened when Alice begins to believe that there may be more going on than meets the eye. The 9-second motion poster features Alice and Jack in a passionate embrace while they lie in bed. Eerie music plays in the background.
It’s evident that there’s more to the seemingly immaculate city of Victory than meets the eye, as the flash jump fright sequence in between the romance moment and the end credits shows enigmatic creatures in black and white creeping towards the camera. Motion picture poster with the tagline “Are you ready to live the life you deserve?” and the release date of September 23. Wilde, the film’s director and producer, and Pugh, the film’s star, both posted the trailer on their social media accounts as part of the ongoing promotion for the film. Warner Bros. previously published a more in-depth, three-minute teaser, which is where we can see the love scene depicted in the motion poster.
At first, it seems like everyone in Victory is having a great time at a big party, but as the trailer develops, we see the lonely wives of the men who work for the Victory Project start to wonder about the nature of their husbands’ covert profession. Alice becomes unnerved and determined to leave Victory after making a series of puzzling revelations that she cannot ignore. Directed by Olivia Wilde, Don’t Worry Darling follows her 2019 first movie, the critically acclaimed Booksmart. Incredibly, the coming-of-age comedy has a 97% rating on the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, thanks to its flawless critical reception.
Wilde was nominated for several awards and won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Feature. Katie Silberman is the author of “Don’t Worry, Darling.” Chris Pine, Gemma Chan, KiKi Layne, and Nick Kroll are all a part of the film’s ensemble cast. Two companies, New Line Cinema and Vertigo Entertainment, are responsible for the film’s production. Producers Silberman, Miri Yoon, and Roy Lee are working with Wilde. Stop Fretting! The world premiere of Darling will take place at the forthcoming 79th Venice International Film Festival, which will run from August 31 to September 10, before the film finally makes its way to theatres in the United States on September 23.

“Alice (Pugh) and Jack (Styles) have it made in the experimental corporation town of Victory, which is home to the soldiers and their families who are involved in the highly classified Victory Project. All of the residents’ wants and requirements are handled by the firm, making life ideal. They won’t ask for anything in return except your undying loyalty to the Victory movement. But when problems arise in their seemingly perfect existence, and glimpses of something far darker than the pleasant exterior are revealed, Alice begins to wonder why they’re even in Victory.
