It’s official: The third season of Fox’s Lego Masters competition series will begin on September 5, 2015, and a new teaser for the forthcoming season has been revealed! Wednesday, September 21st is the date that the show will return on Fox. The teaser, which debuted on the official Lego Masters YouTube page, features a welcome return for the series presenter and executive producer Will Arnett. The next season’s video continues to show off some of the incredible creations that fans can expect to see. It was hinted that the show’s executive producer Brad Pitt and NASCAR icon Jeff Gordon would make guest appearances in the following season, and the teaser confirmed that they would both be driving a Lego vehicle.
Also making an appearance in Jurassic World star Chris Pratt, who brings along one of his dinosaur buddies. The new season of Lego Masters promises to be the most difficult ever, and the promotional video emphasises this point by showing numerous Lego creations being smashed and damaged in the process of competing for a cash reward. It is based on the British series of the same name, and it has teams of Lego aficionados competing against each other and the clock to discover who can build the most impressive Lego building.
Teams are whittled down to three, with Amy Corbett and Jamie Berard of the Lego Group serving as judges, until only three pairs remain. At that time, the teams will compete in a final challenge to see who wins $100,000 in cash. American Lego Masters has already outlasted the British version of the programme, which lasted only two seasons in 2017 and 2018, with this third season being renewed in December 2021. Fox will air a third season of Lego Masters beginning on September 21.
