In “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” Episode 259, Mitsuki is concerned about his cat, Mikazuki. “A Wound That Never Heals” is the title of the new episode. A preview of Episode 259 reveals Mitsuki’s excitement at seeing Mikazuki after a long time. His search for his cat has been ongoing since Team 7’s mission in Hidden Mist was completed. The cat was left alone while he was out for a longer period of time than intended, so he worries if it is safe.
Despite Mitsuki’s best efforts, Boruto assures him that Mikazuki will return when he is least prepared. Mikazuki worries about Mitsuki’s well-being, but Mitsuki is restless. Team 7 appears to be taking on a new task in the video, as well. “To celebrate Naruto, Hinata, and Himawari’s birthday, Boruto and Kawaki join them on a hot springs excursion. Playing a game of table tennis and taking advantage of the inn’s meals and hot springs are highlights for the five travellers ”
According to Crunchyroll, below is the official summary of Episode 258. “Before the trip, Kawaki was hesitant to join in since he didn’t want to intrude, but now he’s having a great time with Boruto and the others. After hearing about an upcoming event at the inn, he and Boruto decide to join up and take part in the drawing for a valuable prize.”
