Picture Taken Inside the ADR KioskAldis Hodge, who plays Black Adam for DC Comics, recently posted a picture of himself in the ADR booth after recording his voice for Hawkman. In the caption, he gave fans the impression that an advanced superhero project is almost finished. The DC Extended Universe movie starring Dwayne Johnson is presently in post-production in preparation for an October release. The superhero actor said that the production crew is working tirelessly to put the finishing touches on the film by posting a behind-the-scenes shot on his Instagram page.
The image shows that the production is working on the film. He then goes on to extol his enthusiasm for comic books and the superhero movie genre, all the while making the self-assured assertion that Black Adam is “beyond great.” In addition, Hodge is not the only performer doing ADR, as Sarah Shahi informs in the comment area that it will be her time for “post” work the following day. The superhero team known as the Justice Society of America will make its debut on the big screen in the film Black Adam. Hodge will play the role of Hawkman in this film, while Pierce Brosnan will play Dr. Fate, Quintessa Swindell will play Cyclone, and Noah Centineo will play Atom Smasher.
According to the film’s producer, Hiram Garcia, the debut of DC’s first superhero team to a global audience is intended to usher in a new era for the DC Extended Universe (DCEU), which could pave the way for spinoffs for the Justice Society of America cast and crew after the release of Black Adam in theatres. In the supporting cast, Shahi will play the role of freedom warrior Adrianna Tomaz, while James Cusati-Moyer is said to play the role of Amon, Adrianna’s brother.
In the meantime, Marwan Kenzari, who appeared in Aladdin, has also joined the cast of the movie in an unspecified role and is likely to play a villain. Behind the scenes, the director of Jungle Cruise, Jaume Collet-Serra, is teaming up with Johnson once again to direct the highly anticipated superhero project. Although his name was mentioned in connection with the DC world in the 2000s, it wasn’t until about seven years ago that Johnson announced he planned to portray Black Adam in a film adaptation of the character.
Since then, so much has happened in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU), and while it’s unfortunate that it took this long, the introduction of Black Adam is becoming closer every day. It has been speculated that another trailer for the highly awaited movie may be released sooner rather than later, as the cast and crew of the movie will be present at the San Diego Comic-Con later this month. On October 21, 2022, Black Adam will be released in cinemas.
