There is no denying that Attack on Titan is one of the most popular and well-received anime series of all time, having aired for just under a decade. Most anime shows that go on for such a long period tend to tyre their viewers. Despite its extended run, the series has never let its fans down by including distracting aspects like pointless plotlines or forced filler material. In this post, we’ll cover the fifth season of Attack on Titan.
The anime series Attack on Titan, for those who don’t know, is based on a dark fantasy novel by the same name. There have been four seasons since its debut on April 7th, 2013. So far, it has been able to maintain a worldwide fan following and has received mostly good reviews from critics since its release.
Attack on Titan’s Storyline
Dark fantasy is the inspiration for the storyline of Attack on Titan. For the last century, people have been able to coexist in harmony and without conflict behind impenetrable fortifications. They are protected by the walls from the Titans’ wrath. There is a race of monsters known as the Titans that resemble humans in appearance but is far bigger and devoid of reproductive functions. Titans’ primary goal is to eat human people. Eren’s girlfriend is killed by a swarm of Titans that burst through the wall one day, causing the wall to crumble and allowing the Titans to enter. Eren is forced to flee to the walls of the fortress. As a result, Eren feels a sense of revenge. He enlists in the scouting legion in order to exterminate the Titans once and for all.
Is there going to be a fifth season of Attack on Titan?
The fourth season of the show is now airing. A split fourth season has so far taken place. Part 1 of the fourth season premiered on December 7th, 2020, and finished on March 29th, 2021, with Part 2 following on January 10th, 2022, and ending on April 4th, 2022 in Japan. But the narrative isn’t ended yet, and it will be for the fans soon enough. Attack on Titan fans has been speculating about the possibility of a fifth season since the conclusion of Season 4’s second-to-last episode, Part 2. Despite this, the sitcom won’t let its fans down and will return to screens in 2023 for the remainder of Season 4, not Season 5.
It has been confirmed that the 4th season of the series would be its last. There won’t be a fifth season of the show, but there will still be more of the show to enjoy. Attack on Titan’s official Twitter account has revealed that a new season is on the way. This is the series’ final season, and the final episode has yet to air. The third season of the fourth season is scheduled to be released in 2023, according to the Twitter account.
A tweet from the company’s official Twitter account confirmed this information:
In 2023, “Attack on Titan’s” last season will be shown on NHK General Television! “The footage of the announcement has been made public!”
How many episodes will there be in the fourth part of Season 4 of Attack on Titan?
It is common knowledge among Attack on Titan fans that the next fourth and final season would contain more than any other season in the series’ history, with a total of 28 episodes already published and more on the way in the following half next year. During the first 16 episodes of the fourth season, there are also 12 more episodes. Because the previous seasons’ episode counts were inconsistent, it’s impossible to anticipate how many episodes will be in the following portion or whether or not there will be an Attack on Titan Season 5.
We should expect roughly 15 episodes in the third season, maintaining pace with the former season 4 episode count.
Attack on Titan: Season 4 Episode 3 Expected Plot Summary
To wrap up our series, the Paradis troops and their intrepid antics seek to slay Marley and his Indian allies. It’s possible that in the third episode, Eren and Mikasa’s strained friendship will be on display as the two engage in a game of cat and mouse. The final part may potentially be wrapping up this partnership. This team has a lot of room to grow as characters and storytellers in the future. In addition, it is believed that Titan will engage in a number of collaborations.
