As Takemichi prepares to make his last stand against Mikey and the Kantou Manji gang, the story of Ken Wakui’s Tokyo Revengers is drawing to a close. In the last episode, we saw Taiju engage in combat with Benkei and Wakasa, who were working together to take down the Sixth Division Captain of the second generation of the Tokyo Manji Gang. In addition to this, we discover that Senju is still alive, despite the fact that the struggle she had with Sanzu, her brother, resulted in her sustaining terrible injuries. At the end of the prior chapter, we saw Mikey peering down at someone, but we weren’t given any information about who this new adversary was. The spoilers for Tokyo Revengers Chapter 261 have, thankfully, revealed that our favourite Takemichi will be the one to face off against Mikey in the next battle.
According to the information that has been leaked, the next chapter of the manga will be named “Opposite sides of the same coin,” and it will begin with Takemichi and Mikey getting ready to battle one another. It would appear that Takemichi has had enough of Mikey’s insanity since he has challenged the captain of Kantou to a battle. Mikey, as was to be predicted, agrees to take part in the fight; nevertheless, Hanma makes the decision to stop the fight in its tracks and charges at the two of them.
At this juncture, an unidentified member of the Toman makes a futile attempt to stop Hanma from continuing, but he is ultimately unsuccessful. It is difficult to determine which member of the Toman organisation is chasing after Hanma, but one thing is certain: this Toman member’s goal was to stop Hanma from interrupting the battle between Takemichi and Mikey.
While Taiju is observing Mikey and Takemichi, someone from Kantou attacks him after he relaxes his guard and allows himself to become vulnerable. It is possible that Sanzu, a member of Kantou who was previously hurt by Taiju, is in fact responsible for this injury. When Chapter 261 of Tokyo Revengers is published, we will without a doubt get further information on the identity of this individual. Aside from that, supporters are growing increasingly restless to find out exactly who is the second time-leaper.
It is not easy to determine whether or not Wakui will provide us with a major revelation like that in the next chapter, but considering that we are towards the end of the story’s arc, it is possible that it could come soon. Chapter 261 of Tokyo Revengers will, thankfully, be made accessible to readers on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. This is because the series is adhering to a weekly publication schedule that does not include any breaks. Fans from other parts of the world, on the other hand, won’t receive access to the new chapter until the 12th of July due of the time difference. Therefore, you will be seeing the commencement of the battle between Takemichi and Mikey a little over a day from now.
