Finally, Batman: The Long Halloween Deluxe Edition will have a 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray release. It will appear on September 20th, followed by conventional Blu-ray/DVD/digital editions. Based on the Batman comic book series, the two-part film was released in 2021. In order to solve the murder of the crime lord Falcone’s nephew, who was intending to turn over information against Falcone to the Gotham Police, Batman partners up with Captain James Gordon and Harvey Dent.
Only a jack-o-lantern remains as a clue for the three at the crime site. Batman’s most infamous foes join together to commit crimes and cause trouble for the Dark Knight in this flick. Festivities such as Father’s Day and Mother’s Day, Christmas, the Fourth of July and Halloween all feature in the film. “Batman: The Long Halloween – Evolution of Evil,” a new documentary that provides an in-depth look at the film with the original writer Jeph Loeb and directors, is included as a bonus feature on the 4K UHD and Blu-ray edition.
This year’s Halloween special, “Long Halloween,” contains the voices of several famous actors and actresses, including Jensen Ackles as Batman, the late Naya Rivera as Catwoman, Josh Duhamel as Two-Face, and Billy Burke as Commissioner James Gordon.
