A new image from Avatar: The Way of Water, which will be released in theatres on June 22, was shared exclusively with Empire Magazine as part of their celebration of the forthcoming release of the film. The picture shows a kid Na’vi swimming in the waves of Pandora with a smile on his face. A kid of Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) and Neytiri (Zoe Saldaa) that will appear in the film is presumably the subject of this article. While swimming through a large school of little alien fish, the young Na’vi suggests that Pandora’s waters will be filled with an abundance of life.
Pandora’s fauna, with its hypothetical evolutionary paths, was one of the film’s most celebrated visual effects. The long-awaited sequel will bring fans to the waters of the planet later this year, completing the long-awaited journey. The sequel will deliver its own visual delights that will stand out amid the original Avatar’s lifelike CGI, as teased by the sequel. Avatar: The Way of Water’s visual jump from 2009’s Avatar, which was hailed for its progress in motion capture technology and 3D filmmaking, is shown in this image, which does a good job of portraying the visual leap.
Additionally, Avatar: The Way of Water will be the first motion-capture film to use underwater motion capture. Additionally, a few quick shots from the film’s teaser give a taste of what to expect from the new technology that will give CG animation more accurate physics than ever before.
In an exclusive interview with Empire Magazine, the film’s director, James Cameron, said that the film will be roughly three and a half hours long, reflecting the epic grandeur of the sequel. While binge-watching television for eight hours, “I don’t want anyone complaining about the length,” the director stated.
Fans will just have to wait a few months longer until they can return to Pandora’s planet after 13 years of construction. The film will be a visual treat when it debuts in theatres later this year, based on the latest batch of pictures. On December 16, Avatar: The Way of Water will be released in cinemas nationwide. On September 23, the original Avatar will be re-released in cinemas.
