The 71st chapter of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is here! (Recap)
Having been terrified for his life, Code had Amado remove his limiters. Things became a little more complex when Eida and Code got into a squabble. Code was going to kill Amado, but the latter had a talk with Eida and prevented Code from killing him right away. Because Amado was talking about Kawaki, Eida hesitated to let Code murder him because she thought he was desperate. Eida was incensed by Code’s insistence that Amado is killed. When she decided to contact Daemon, he was there in a flash to save the day. Code and Daemon fought, and despite the removal of his limiters, Code was easily defeated.
Due to Daemon’s aggressive attitude, the latter was injured as he tried to attack the latter. As Code’s urge to kill reflected back on him, Eida and Daemon were stunned. Fans recognised Daemon’s power to mirror lies in his hands in this chapter of Boruto, and Code also learnt about it. The only thing he could think of was to give up, as he was losing so terribly. It didn’t bother him that Daemon said Code was stronger than Jigen because he was definitely stronger. After he was forced to go, Code asked Eida if she would follow him, but she said no. Senrigan gives her the ability to see everything.
As a final warning, she threatened to murder him if he got in her way and implored him not to interfere. To become a new Otsuki, Code had to consume its Chakra Fruit and cultivate the Divine Tree, which was his purpose at this time. An emergency shutdown code, which Amado has access to, was then put in Kawaki by the hacker. Chapter 71 of Boruto concluded with Code expressing his desire to demolish Konohagakure.
The next episode’s focus will be on Eida and Amado’s next actions, so fans should be prepared for that. Konohagakure is on their itinerary since Code appears to be plotting to destroy it. As a result, Code will have to be very cunning if he wants to eliminate the town and everyone associated with Kawaki, considering that Eida can see everything.
